Pasta dishes can be your best friend when you need to whip up a quick dinner. This delicious pasta bolognese recipe takes it up a notch with some of my favorite fresh ingredients. Best part? It’s super easy, and it cooks in only ten minutes!
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
12 oz. penne rigate or spaghetti
1 tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
1 lb. Caramelized Onion Seasoned 85% Lean Ground Beef
One 28-oz. jar marinara sauce
1 wedge Parmesan cheese, for grating
1 cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions
1. Bring water to a boil over high heat in Curtis Stone 6-quart Straining Pot. Season water with salt. Add pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes, or until tender but firm to the bite.
2. Meanwhile, heat Curtis Stone 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil then beef and cook, breaking meat up with Curtis Stone Chop ‘N Mash tool, for 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
3. Add marinara sauce to beef and bring sauce to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer sauce, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes to blend flavors. Season with salt. Thin sauce with pasta water, as needed.
4. Drain pasta and transfer to large platter or plates. Spoon Bolognese sauce over pasta. Grate Parmesan over pasta and sprinkle with basil leaves.
I bought your last TS, it was just what I needed.. Had to GIVE AWAY
because it was not INDUCTION. I thought all your pans were induction.
Will you make more with INDUCTION?
Also can you make a WOK?
So disappointed because I only want your pans.
