The fall is my favorite time of year. I love the change of colors, the spice in the air and fun traditions. I always take my son to the pumpkin patch to pick out our family pumpkins to carve together later. I wanted to create an Autumn scrapbook page layout to showcase this time of year and what it means to each of us.
The great thing about using the Cricut Imagine print and cut is that I was able to create this project using white paper. All I have to keep stocked is white paper. So whatever the project theme may be, I have the colors right in the machine. And the Imagine More cartridge already has the perfect fall color scheme to work with, which made it so convenient for me.
I wanted to put a lot of photos on my layout, so whether its pictures of my son playing in the fallen leaves or the joy on his face seeing the perfect pumpkin I will treasure those moments every time I look at this page.
Autumn Joys Layout

Cricut Imagine® Electronic Print and Cut System
Cricut Imagine® Imagine More cartridge
Cricut® Opposites Attract® cartridge
Cardstock: dark brown, green, peach, white
Pearls: 1 small yellow, 8 small cream
3 Small buttons
String: orange
Paper trimmer
Foam squares
Adhesive
Cartridge Cuts:
Imagine More cartridge
• tan patterned paper
• Fit to Page border
• blue patterned paper
• diamond patterned paper
• 5.5″ oval frame with flower and layers
• 2.1″ banner (modified)
• 2.2″ banner (modified)
Opposites Attract® cartridge
• .8″ autumn
• 1.2″ joys
Designer Hints:
1. Cut tan patterned paper to 11″ x 9″. Adhere to dark brown cardstock.
2. Print and cut border. Adhere to layout as shown. Adhere cream pearls in open circles.
3. Print blue and diamond patterned papers for photo mats. Cut each to 3 ½” x 4 ¾” and back with green or peach cardstock. Adhere to layout as shown.
4. Print and cut oval frame layers. Adhere main layers together. Use foam squares for flower. Embellish with yellow pearl. Adhere to layout using foam squares.
5. Separate layers on the banner. Change patterns as desired and erase the brown piece that connects the flags. Print and cut banner. Change size to 2.2″ and replace three pieces with solid colors. Print and cut banner again. Layer pieces together.
6. Adhere string across layout as shown. Adhere banner to layout as shown using foam squares. Tie string through buttons and adhere to banner as shown.
7. Use patterns from Imagine More cartridge in the words autumn and joys. Adhere to layout as shown.
