Her story is a unique and incredible one. After becoming a single mom in 2001, Jinger turned her passion for scrap booking into a way to provide for herself and her two beautiful children. She opened a retail store which immediately became a destination for people who shared Jinger’s love for crafting. Providing her customers with unique and creative solutions became the core objective for Jinger’s business. It wasn’t long before she figured out that her talents extended beyond the ability to just create an inviting and successful retail environment. Jinger realized she had a knack for creating great product for not only her store but for other retail destinations as well. After hiring a talented design team, coming up with a line of great products and personally setting up production in the Orient, Jinger created her own retail brand under the name of “Just Jinger”. It wasn’t long before her product gained popularity and the “Just Jinger” product lines soon found a home in literally thousands of retail locations, including Michaels, Hobby Lobby, A.C. Moore and Wal-Mart. In 2006 Jinger was approached by crafting giant Wilton Enterprises who came to her with the idea of purchasing “Just Jinger” and building it as one of their scrapbooking divisions. After the acquisition, Wilton asked Jinger to stay on for two years to help build the business. She did so until early 2008 when she left to become the Spokesperson for Utah based Provo Craft. Over the last 2 years Jinger has been featured monthly on HSN. Other appearances include The Shopping Channel, in Canada, Ideal World in the UK, Designing Spaces, The Lifetime Channel, The craft “Expert” on 5 National Infomercials, and many local and National TV stations.
