This Macaroni and Cheese Recipe by Ming Tsai Meets All Your Comfort Food Needs

Who doesn’t love a little comfort food every once and a while? Curling up on the couch with a bowl of this macaroni is the solution for any crazy day during your week. Packed with cheesy flavor and a slight crunch with Japanese bread crumbs, you’ll want to savor every bite!

Macaroni and Cheese by Ming Tsai

Ingredients:

  • 1 16 ounce package pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup Panko (Japanese bread crumbs) toasted with butter (optional)

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients (except Panko) in square pan and mix well. Cook covered over low heat until noodles are cooked through and bottom begins to brown 10-15 minutes.

2. Flip out into a serving bowl to serve.  Top with Panko.
