Macaroni and Cheese by Ming Tsai
Ingredients:
- 1 16 ounce package pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup Panko (Japanese bread crumbs) toasted with butter (optional)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients (except Panko) in square pan and mix well. Cook covered over low heat until noodles are cooked through and bottom begins to brown 10-15 minutes.
2. Flip out into a serving bowl to serve. Top with Panko.
