Roasted Pork Shoulder Tacos


3 lb boneless pork shoulder 

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp chipotle powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp cumin 

1 tsp coriander 

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp thyme

½ tsp allspice

½ tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp olive oil 

3 cups beef stock

1 onion, diced  ½ bunch cilantro


In a mixing bowl, combine the paprika, chipotle, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, coriander, oregano, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, and olive oil to form a paste.  Rub all over the pork shoulder (best to be done a few hours before cooking).  Set your KitchenHQ 7-in-1 Air Fryer to: ROAST 300 degrees for 3 hours.  Add the stock, onion, and cilantro, followed by the spiced pork shoulder.  Roast slowly until fork tender, then remove when finished cooking and shred with forks.  Serve with tortillas, limes, avocado, sour cream, pico de gallo, and hot sauce.  Enjoy!
