3 lb bone-in Rib Roast
1.5 lb mini potatoes
3 carrots, peeled and cut into 1” pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Season the roast liberally with salt and pepper. Next, toss the potatoes and carrots in the olive oil with salt and pepper to taste. In the nonstick cooking pot, add the potatoes and carrots, then place the roast on top. Set your KitchenHQ 7-in-1 Air Fryer to: ROAST 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, then add the roast. When done cooking, remove then set your KitchenHQ 7-in-1 Air Fryer to: BEEF 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Add back the roast to get a great sear, then remove and allow to rest. Carve and serve with gravy!
Got may machine today and need more of your recipes to test all functions. Where can I get your book. The one with the machine doesn’t really have much. BY the way it would be good to be able to download your great recipes 🙂
Im going to make this today im very excited. I would like to know how do you know how long to cook things. The book is horrible that comes with it. When you roasted the chicken on air you never said how long you cooked it.please help so I can cook away. Thank you

Little confusing when to add and remove the roast to the air fryer. Do I cook it with the potatoes and carrots or after the 45 mins? Thanks just need a little clarification.
You put the potatoes and carrots in on bottom and just put roast right on top. I made mine and it was so good!!
