Grilled Pork Yakitori Skewers


pork loin, cut into 1” cubes

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp mirin

2 tbsp brown sugar

3 bunches green onions, cut into 1” pieces

1 red pepper, cut into 1” pieces


In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, mirin, and brown sugar. Reserve half of the sauce for dipping later.  Then, add the pork cubes to the remaining sauce and turn to coat.  Using the skewers, start building your yakitori by adding the pork, scallion, then the red pepper.  Repeat until all of the skewers are filled.  Set your KitchenHQ 7-in-1 Air Fryer to: AIR GRILL for 5 minutes.  When preheated, add the yakitori to the grill and cook for the preset time.  When finished cooking, remove and serve with some of the sauce on the side.  Enjoy!
