In Cinderella her fairy godmother waves a magic wand and makes her wishes come true. To celebrate the premiere of Disney’s Cinderella movie, HSN decided to play fairy godmother for one lucky fan too!
Margaret B. won the reward sweepstakes for an all-expenses-paid trip for two to Los Angeles, CA for a two-day, three-night stay at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel and tickets to the exclusive Cinderella Red Carpet premiere. This fairytale trip allowed Margaret to play games in the HSN Arcade, and she was able to use her tickets in the Rewards store. A loyal customer since HSN’s beginning, this was Margaret’s first time winning any kind of a sweepstakes in her life and she hit the HSN jackpot out of over 5,000 entries!
To start off her fairytale weekend, we surprised Margaret and her husband, Bill, with some special souvenirs in their hotel room.
Margaret was delighted with her new watch from Croton, necklace from Victoria Wieck, “Remarkable” Jeweled Evening Bag with Cosmetic Essentials from Real Collectibles by Adrienne, and the “Rose Elegance” Crystal-Accented Cuff Bracelet and “Rose Elegance” Crystal-Accented Earrings by Heidi Daus.
Now that Margaret had some new goodies to wear to the Cinderella premiere, it was time to show them off at the VIP Brunch! At the Brunch Margaret met HSN Hosts, and special guests that worked on the HSN Cinderella collection like Heidi Daus, Martino Cartier, Jeffrey Banks, Tina Craig of Snob Essentials, Christos Garkinos of Eureka and Jason Oliver Nixon and John Loecke of Madcap Cottage, and 60 of HSN’s VIP Card Best Customers had the chance to mingle.
Margaret chatted with HSN host’s Bill Green and Bobbi Ray Carter about her favorite HSN memories. She even exchanged numbers with Bill so she could come visit him on the HSN set sometime!
Besides befriending some of her favorite HSN hosts, Margaret also had the chance to meet the designer behind one of her new pieces of jewelry…Heidi Daus! Heidi shared with Margaret and Bill the inspiration behind her designs, and what makes each piece special.
After brunch, the VIP invitees had the chance to walk the red carpet prior to the premiere. This allowed them to get a behind-the-scenes look at costumes and props from Cinderella.
On the Red Carpet, Margaret and Bill got a taste of the limelight and were interviewed by Jackie Miranne about their trip and all the fun they’ve been having in Hollywood.
