The following rules apply to the Instagram sweepstakes on HSN’s Instagram. On Wednesday, January 1, 2020 HSN will post on Instagram from the @HSN corporate account https://www.instagram.com/hsn/. Anyone who follows @HSN and @PRAIBeauty account, comments below on the Instagram post, tags two friends on the post, uses the hashtag #giveaway and follows @HSN on Instagram will be entered to win the following items:

Winner will be selected randomly based on the above criteria and participants will receive one entry only, regardless of the frequency of social actions throughout the program. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants. Giveaway ends on 1/1 at 11:59PM EST. One winner will be selected. Winners will be announced on HSN’s Instagram post on 1/2 at 11 AM ET and awarded by the HSN social media team.

The prize will be sent to the participant’s provided address and will be mailed to the participant once their address has been verified and accepted. Winners must claim prize and provide his or her email address within 48 hours or it is forfeited. A back-up winner may or may not be selected.

No purchase necessary. To be eligible, an entrant must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. or its territories. Entry constitutes permission to use entrants’ name, likeness, greetings or video footage without further permission. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and HSN and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Such jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
