If you watch me on HSN, I’m sure you already know that I’m a big fan of Andrew Lessman Vitamins!  For more than a decade I’ve been taking Andrew’s products and I believe I’m a lot healthier for it!  One of the most frequently asked questions I get is “what vitamins do you take”?  In this blog I want to share my daily vitamin regimen with you.  Please Note:  It’s important to check with your doctor before starting a vitamin regimen.  This is what works for me, and I’ve shared the list of vitamins I take with my own doctor.  We are all different, so what works for me may not be the same for you…
First of all, it’s best to take vitamin supplements with food.  Your body will be able to absorb the nutrients better when you take your vitamins with food or meals.  It’s also a good idea to take your vitamins early in the day – you will enjoy the benefits more throughout the day when you take them early.  I take most of my vitamins with breakfast and lunch.  Fat soluble vitamins (Vit D3 for example) should be taken with foods that contain some fat.  Here’s an example of my daily vitamin routine.
Morning
For breakfast I usually have a protein shake or egg white omelet.  Here are the vitamins I take to start my day:

Vitamin B 12 – The most important B vitamin to supplement and essential for all energy production.
Maximum Omega 3 – For the support of superior heart, brain, eye, and general health.
Co Enzyme  Q 10 – Required for all energy production and must be present in all living cells.
Fibermucill – Easy to swallow dietary fiber that provides a myriad of health benefits.
Healthy Hair Skin and Nails – Promotes the health of the integumentary system:  Hair, skin and nails.
Vitamin D3 – The most important single vitamin to supplement.
Circulation and Vein Support – Supports the challenged circulation in our legs.
Friendly Flora – Probiotics to enhance Friendly Flora and support a healthy digestive system.
Lunch

Lunch for me is usually a salad with lots of veggies and some protein.  Here are the vitamins I take mid day:

Memory Brain and Liver Support – Provides comprehensive natural support for memory and mental activity.
Ultimate Eye Support – Promotes healthy vision and and protects the delicate tissues of the eyes.
Resveratrol – One of the most powerful natural antioxidants.
Maximum Joint Effort – Provides maintenance and repair for healthy joint tissues.
Dinner
I usually try to eat a light dinner early in the evening – I try not to eat a large meal after 7:00 PM.

In the evening I take Bone and Body Factors – This is a combination product that contains Calcium Magnesium Intensive Care and Women’s Wellness – all in one supplement.
I also love to take Breath Plus (amazing breath freshener that works from the inside out) and I  keep Digest Assure on hand in case I eat something that doesn’t agree with me!
