- 1 garlic clove
- 5 leaves of sage
- 1 Butternut squash
- ¼ cup of cashews
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Roast butternut squash. Cut squash in half, remove seeds, rub with 1 Tbsp olive oil and roast at 400 degrees for 55 minutes, or until fork-tender.
