Blast Into The Best Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 5 leaves of sage
  • 1 Butternut squash
  • ¼ cup of cashews
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Water

 

Directions:

  1. Roast butternut squash. Cut squash in half, remove seeds, rub with 1 Tbsp olive oil and roast at 400 degrees for 55 minutes, or until fork-tender.
  2. Add all ingredients to the SouperBlast Pitcher, fill water to the MAX line, and extract on the 7-minute heating cycle.
