I probably don’t have to tell you that Lancôme is the height of luxury cosmetics. The line has evolved over its nearly eighty years from one that was heavily anchored in fragrance to one that now houses some of the freshest, most contemporary products on the market. As a true beauty buff, Lancôme is a brand that I look to for gorgeous, unmatched quality in color cosmetics and the best in cutting edge skincare.
I have more favorites from this brand than I have time to write about here, but I have chosen my top five to give you just a little peek at what Lancôme has to offer.

Uneven skin tone is more than just a nuisance. I find that discolorations can really impact the overall healthy appearance of my skin – it just lacks glow and smoothness, making me feel older than I actually am. Dreamtone is a skin correcting serum that delivers major improvements overnight. While it works to reduce dark spots, it imparts a glow that I haven’t been able to find elsewhere and allows me to go a whole lot easier on my daily foundation application. Liquid gold!

A perfect fragrance is something every woman should have. More than just a beautiful bottle, Lancôme’s La Vie Est Belle has taken up permanent residence both on my dresser and in my morning routine. In a fragrance that’s truly fresh and unexpected, La Vie Est Belle has a certain beautiful and feminine quality. Top notes are sweet and fruity, but they wear down to a deeper and spicy finish. The combination is unexpected, wearable and one of those things that just gets better as the day goes on, evoking endless inquiries of “What are you wearing?”
3. A lash expert you can be creative with without a single smudge
We all have that lash enhancer that we go back to again and again. For me, Lancôme Definicils will always be “the one.” It’s absolutely smudge-proof, yet still rinses off with warm water. The brush is long and thin so that it catches every single last lash and even makes it easy to get the corners flared out for that flirtatious little cat eye. The formula means that your fan of fringe is fully coated in inky black and that it’s a look that lasts all day long.
4. Two Problems, One Solution: Find efficiency in your foundation
I have come to expect some skin care benefits with my foundation, and Lancôme’s Teint Visionnaire packs a lot of them. True to form, it blends flawlessly, giving me that second skin look that I’m always looking for and the Precision Spot Corrector on top is the perfect match – covering dark circles and trouble spots with ease. Beyond all of that, the formula actually reduces dark spots, fine lines, and pores so I feel like I’m giving something back to my skin while I present my best self.
5. Pucker up with a gloss that can add a little sparkle to even your worst days
Quite possibly my favorite of the bunch, this is the one lip gloss that started it all. Lancôme’s Juicy Tubes are makeup bag essentials and Miracle is the perfect touch of sheer glitter that’s easily worn on its own or layered over your favorite lip color. You can most often find my trusty tube tucked right into my pocket, ready to add a little sparkle to an otherwise humdrum day. The best thing is that it can be applied without a mirror and looks flawless straight out of the tube.
