What a year it has been girlfriends!
It’s been busy, busy, busy with work and play this past year – all good! On the home front I am blessed. We congratulated my middle son Alexander as he completed college and graduated from University Of North Carolina. Go and take on the world Zander! We also bestowed lots of support and good wishes upon my first-born Jim, who is diligently pursuing an acting career in Los Angeles…I think he is ready for his close-up! This leaves my nest not quite empty, as our youngest Shane can now take center stage. Like his mom, he is no shrinking violet and seems to have grown another foot this past year. And I am NOT exaggerating! Putting family first is important to me and I am sure that my Heidi-girls can relate as I read so many lovely cards and letters from Moms and Grandmas alike. Thank you for sharing your stories as it means so much to me and actually inspires me to design with each and every one of you in mind.
2013 was a big year of expansion at Heidi Daus headquarters as we have welcomed several new colleagues and expanded just about every department. Stepping up operations here has enabled me to produce more ideas and more tantalizing jewelry than ever. January 2014 starts out with a T.S. in an array of colors plus several new unique designs in necklaces, brooches and other accessories that are sure to sparkle. My “animal instincts” had me creating regal beasts that are sure to awe. My bold new Lion collection speaks volumes for a gal’s sheer beauty and gives her the confidence to show it off. The “Year Of The Horse Necklace” is a statement necklace with handsome equestrian sophistication!
I can’t wait to see you all in 2014 – it will be jubilant year of jewels!
