Fall is officially here!!! For me, it means that I have to pack up my favorite caftans, white linen and big, chunky sandals and begin the transition to a new season… I find the hardest thing about transition is adjusting my mind… and wardrobe! Good thing that I have learned how to effectively do this… The Tuesday after Labor Day marked the official transition. I still wear white after Labor Day, but never head to toe! I add in gray and black layers and change my accessories and mix up my fine jewelry.
With this in mind, I created some wonderful pieces for September including my new Milano rings featuring a grey flannel agate ring (right off the runway for $49.99) and a pear shape turquoise and black onyx ring for $89.90. So many of you ask me about my favorite piece each month and I have the hardest time choosing just one. But this month, my hands down favorite is a new addition to the Capri collection. It is my royalty ring and it is a bold, satin finished gold round big cocktail ring featuring your choice of duchess blue, Caribbean blue or princess (a rosy) pink chalcedony. This ring is specially priced at $699.00 for this show only. I love it because it makes me feel like I am Queen for the day every time I put it on my finger. I love the look of an important ring like this on my middle finger – it makes a very impressive statement!
All of the amazing colorful gemstone designs are meant to play up this season’s hottest colors — purple, gray, black, brown and green. I don’t want to tell you too much more, because I want you to be surprised… And believe me, you will think you are in jewelry heaven!!! I am so excited — I have been wearing all of my new September Rarities all over Manhattan and the fashionistas are going crazy. You will too!
So, I read all of your comments and I just want to say… thank you!!!!! Since so many of you asked, I am bringing back the black onyx and citrine ring from the Capri collection. Please be patient with me because I will also offer a new color as well and my jewelers are working around the clock to get them to you (hopefully) by our December gift show. I also have great news for all of you who are obsessed with the look of white precious metal… There are some spectacular sterling silver pieces in September and I have the most amazing and chic super-long 72″ black rhodium sterling silver and quartz necklace (for layering) -you are going to go crazy for it!!!! Black rhodium is the perfect way to mix gold and silver… the black is the neutral that ties the two colors seamlessly together. Speaking of color, I am trying to source only 10k gold because I love the color, density, durability and price – did you know that gold just hit $1,100. an ounce?
