I can’t even believe that it has been one year since my very first show on HSN… Well, all I can say is that dreams do come true! My overwhelming passion for gems and design and for the women who love and wear them, makes my job the very best in the world. I wanted to share with you how much I appreciate and love the friendships that I have developed with all of you who share your ideas and stories with me via this blog, Twitter and Facebook. Originally, Rarities was about uniting precious gems and fine metals to create the very best jewelry designs. I always have wanted every woman who appreciates beautiful jewelry and great value to have the opportunity to own the kind of jewels only sold in the most upscale jewelry boutiques around the world.
Well, I have learned a lot in a year. The concept is still the same… but the rewards have really become so much more about the relationships that I have made and the impact that Rarities has had on women who understand that jewelry is about style and empowerment. When we wear a piece of jewelry, we are saying so much without ever speaking a word. So whether you wear my evil eye, a bold cuff, a classic gemstone ring or a drop or chandelier earring, you are sharing your style and story with everyone who sees you.
This June, I have brought together my favorite pieces in a collection called “Rarities Cult Classics” – each with a look or story that will resonate with your passion for style or your belief in the meaning and symbolism of the gem or talisman. These are the pieces that are meant to be collected and will help you to cultivate the ultimate jewelry assortment.
