Fall is my favorite time of year for many reasons, but the colors of the season are one of the best parts. When it comes to my manicure, I love to find the right colors for fall that I can wear throughout the season and even into winter!
Deep and Rich
A deep, rich, wine tone is a personal favorite of mine. I’ve officially transitioned from a summer mani to a fall one, kicking things off with a pretty bordeaux polish. Looking for a wine-colored polish of your own? Try Smith & Cult’s Dark Like Me or Essie’s Wicked. If you like a rich color for your nails, but aren’t ready for one that dark, go for Essie’s Angora Cardi.
Nude and Neutral
You might be surprised that nudes and neutrals can be just as perfect for fall as darker colors. If you’re more of a pink fan, Essie’s Eternal Optimist is an easy-going pink that screams fall and their Lady Like is another lovely option. Smith & Cult’s Pillow Pie is a go-to for anyone who likes to stick to a pale, natural looking color this fall. When it comes to neutrals, I love a good pink, but I’m a sucker for a gray-toned polish. I may have found the perfect gray for the season in Doe My Dear from Smith & Cult…it will match practically anything!
Glitter and Glam
Of course, there’s always room for a little sparkle and fall is no exception. For a unique, metallic look, try Smith & Cult’s Fosse Fingers. It’s a terra cotta color with just the right amount of shimmer. Doesn’t that sound like the ultimate shimmery fall polish? And if you’re going a little more glam, grab a bottle of Gay Ponies Dancing in the Snow. A pale pink glitter like this one will be a showstopper all season.
Of course, if you can’t pick just one color for the season, snag the Essie Fall Collection and you’ll have four fabulous options that will take you all the way into winter.
So, what’s your favorite fall mani: Deep and Rich, Nude and Neutral, or Glitter and Glam?
