To enter by not joining the Share Squad, send a 4” x 6” postcard to HSN Social Share Squad Giveaway, HSN CA Correspondence P.O. Box 9090 Clearwater, FL 33758. Online entries may be submitted from April 1st, 2020 through April 30, 2020 Postcard entries may be submitted starting on May 25, 2020 and postmarked no later thanApril 30, 2020. Online entries and postcard entries have the same chance of winning.
On or about May 6, 2020, a random drawing of all eligible entries will be conducted to determine the winner. One grand prize of an a $100 HSN gift card will be awarded.
Should a winner fail to acknowledge the prize within 48 hours of notification or be ineligible, an alternate winner may or may not be selected. The prizes will be shipped to the winners 10 days after notification and acceptance of the prize.
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and HSN and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Such jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above my not apply to you.
Void where prohibited. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable in cash. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. All contest determinations will be made by HSN and will be final. The total value of the prizes awarded is $100.
HSN reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time in the event that the promotion is compromised in any way. HSN reserves the right to disqualify any individual determined by HSN, in its sole discretion, of tampering with, compromising, manipulating and/or otherwise inappropriately misusing the sweepstakes or sweepstakes entry process, thereby forfeiting any prize, if applicable.
Entrants release HSN, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies from all liability, claims, demands and cause of action that may result out of their participation in this promotion.
