Ingredients:
3 lb bone-in Rib Roast
1.5 lb mini potatoes
3 carrots, peeled and cut into 1” pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Season the roast liberally with salt and pepper. Next, toss the potatoes and carrots in the olive oil with salt and pepper to taste. In the nonstick cooking pot, add the potatoes and carrots, then place the roast on top. Set your KitchenHQ 7-in-1 Air Fryer to: ROAST 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, then add the roast. When done cooking, remove then set your KitchenHQ 7-in-1 Air Fryer to: BEEF 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Add back the roast to get a great sear, then remove and allow to rest. Carve and serve with gravy!
