Grilled Maple-Mustard Shrimp and Asparagus

Ingredients:

½ lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined 

1 tbsp maple 

½ tbsp dijon 

2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped 

½ tsp oregano

2 tbsp olive oil 

1 bunch asparagus

1 tbsp olive oil 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Method:

In a mixing bowl, combine the maple, dijon, parsley, oregano, and olive oil.  Add the shrimp and coat to cover.  Then, add all of the shrimp to the provided skewers.  Set your KitchenHQ 7-in-1 Air Fryer to: AIR GRILL for 3 minutes.  When ready, add the skewers and cook for the preset time.  Meanwhile, toss the asparagus in the olive oil and salt and pepper.  When the shrimp are done cooking, remove and set aside.  Set your KitchenHQ 7-in-1 Air Fryer to: AIR GRILL for another 3-4 minutes.  Add the asparagus and cook for the preset time.  When done, serve the grilled asparagus with the shrimp skewers, along with some fresh lemon for squeezing.
