Happy National Pie Day! Instead of taking the time to make a pie from scratch, why not celebrate with Apple Pie Popsicles?!
Apple Pie and Vanilla Ice Cream go together for the perfect sweet combo, and with summer on the horizon, homemade popsicles are the perfect way to cool down while satisfying your sweet tooth.
And since a flaky, tasty crust is one of my favorite parts of a perfect Apple Pie, we’ll fill these pie pops with crushed graham cracker for texture, and crunch!
Apple Pie Popsicles
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup apple sauce
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
- Mix all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into each popsicle mold until it’s almost to the top (there is a fill line for guidance)
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, but preferably 6-8 hours
