To be eligible, an entrant must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. Employees of HSNi, LLC (“HSN”), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies advertising or promotional agencies and members of their families are not eligible to participate. Entry constitutes permission to use entrants’ name, screen name, voice, likeness, photograph, quotes or video footage without further permission. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. HSN is not responsible for incorrect, faulty or misdirected email transmissions or inaccurate entry of information due to human error, technical malfunction of any network, computer or other equipment or software or any other cause.
To enter, join the HSN Group on Facebook on https://www.facebook.com/groups/HSNShopSquad/. Entrants must have permission from the HSN Group to join. HSN reserves the right disqualify unsuitable and derogatory posts from fans.
Starting HSN Birthday Launch (June 29, 2018 through July 31, 2018), a daily random drawing from all eligible entries (members of the HSN Facebook Group) will be conducted to award a $100 HSN gift card. Should any winner fail to acknowledge the prize within 48 hours of notification or be otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner may or may not be selected. An entrant can only win one prize during this HSN Birthday month promotion.
You may also enter by submitting your name, address, and email on a postcard that must be postmarked no later than July 30, 2018. Mail in entries should be sent to HSN – SOCIAL MEDIA FACEBOOK GROUP SWEEPSTAKES, 1 HSN Drive, St. Petersburg, Florida 33729. Postcard entries and online entries have the same chance of winning.
Winner will be announced on a post in the HSN Facebook Group at approximately 11:00AM ET the following day unless stated otherwise.
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and HSN and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Such jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above my not apply to you.
Void where prohibited. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable in cash. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. All contest determinations will be made by HSN and will be final. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The total value of the prizes to be awarded is approximately $3,300.
HSN reserves the right to terminate the promotion prior to termination in the event that the promotion is compromised in any way. HSN reserves the right to disqualify any individual determined by HSN, in its sole discretion, of tampering with, compromising, manipulating and/or otherwise inappropriately misusing the sweepstakes or sweepstakes entry process, thereby forfeiting any prize, if applicable.
Entrants release HSN, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies from all liability, claims, demands and cause of action that may result out of their participation in this promotion.
