Hi Skip & Amanda I love your products but I have a question I was one of the lucky winners of a gift basket on one of your shows over a month ago and I was just wondering when i could expect to receive it? I shop HSN. I can’t find the 50% shea butter body butter. The same thing happened with the 85% shea butter. Have you stopped making it? It is fab for my feet.
I love the mini body and hand creams. It would be great if you would add the mini body wash to go along with and match the body creams.
where is the ceader shower gel my son &husbund love it.
Have had in my office the room diffuser of White Tea and Bergamot. However, now it is no longer available. Please rethink this and bring it back. In addition, and not sure if this has been addressed previously, but I can no longer use your bath products of shower creams. I am not sure what is in the new formula of products, but it is making my skin itch. The body creams are fine, but cannot bathe with the shower products any more. Bring back your old formulas.

Why are you not making the Rosa di Maggio any more? There isn’t much of a reason to shop HSN or IBB. After 20 years of buying your porducts, now I will save alot of money.
I love the Perlier Pink Peony…especially the body lotion in the large pump dispenser and eau de toilette. Can I expect to get it in the future???

I started using Italian Beauty in 2002 with Shea Butter treatment butter for my elbows, knees and feet. BUT I cannot find this treatment butter on your web site. Are not offering this product now? I have tried Snow Drop treatment butter, but it does not help the darkness I have on my knees whereas the shea butter did. Would very much like you to bring back this product.
Living in the desert of NM my husband and I use the Elrila Shea Butter lip balm all year long. We are almost out and I can’t find it on HSN. HELP! HELP! winter is right around the corner and I hope you bring it back SOON. WE can’t be without it.
I am going through radiation for breast cancer. In the change and waiting room they ask you not to wear fragrant creams or lotions because they nauseate the Chemo patients. I have been using the elaria body wash and cream. Which doesn’t have much of a fragrance. Could you make a rich emolient cream for these patients with such dry skin? My favorite is Pink Peony when will you get it back. Thank you,

Hi Amanda and Skip. Was watching your show tonight as usual when you are on. I am writing about the Ginger scent. I just finished the body cream and I loved it. Long lasting, wonderful scent. I do not see it in the inventory of HSN. Was it one that did not come back from the testing of scents, I think that is how I got that one?
Hi Skip and Amanda, I absolutely love your products!! My favorites are the black rice line (I have all of it) and the Shea Butter w/Sweet Almond Milk. For years I have been receiving ELARIIA LOCK INTO MOISTURE SHEA BUTTER A/S – Order Number: 308489368. I am very disappointed that his was recently cancelled. The 13.4 oz. of the Moisturizing Rich Body Cream is so creamy and beautiful, why was this cancelled? The New Year, New You is not as light and creamy. Will you PLEASE bring this back??

I love your products and have told a lot of my friends about it, but I was wondering if you would be willing to bring back some of the older scents when you first started. I love the wisteria and it has been hard to find online. I looked for it again this visit and it wasn’t there. It would be nice if only for a limited time if you would consider doing a flash from the past show. Anyway, love the products.
