I am disapponted I have written before a few times and NEVER get an answer, first I wanted Dark Choc, then vanila choc, then vanila anise I have never gotten an anser from neither of you so after years of buying your body creams I am going else where like Carol daugt. Korres etc if you maybe would find the time to answer my questions maybe I would reconsider until then my family and friends will receive other products from another manufactures. very disapponted !!!

I have a request, please, please bring back your beautiful lil brown bottles of coffee & vanilla fragrance…I’v worn top dollar fragances, I am 63, but nothing that I have ever enjoyed like yours…it is fabuliso..My dghts & Grands miss it too, bought as gifts soooo many times, beside the outstanding frangance the lil brown bottles are a collection within themselves…PLEASE RETURN !!!!

I have been using your products for about 8 years and if I didn;t have Perlier and Elaria I would go without. I was wondering if you do or if you can put Milograno in a 7.0 jar of body butter. I am hooked on them all, but cant get enough of Milograno. My hands used to look like I was 70 when I was 59. They now look like I’m 30. This is the only product ever for me. Thanks for making a product that works so well and yet is so affordable.
Perlier Vanilla talc is my favorite product of yours and I have not been able to get it on HSN in over a year. I can’t even get it on your Perlier.com site. I’ve purchased the talc many other places including eBay. Please please bring back the basic Perlier Vanilla talc. It smells just like vanilla and is not cloying or overly sweet. A phenomenal scent. I’m running out of resources to get this talc. I’ve tried your vanilla plus some other fragrance combos and the scents just don’t cut it.

Got a question. I’ve seen fan pages on Facebook for Perlier and not one for Elariia and have noticed that the ones for Perlier are not an official page. Are you in the future going to be doing something like this. The one Perlier page is in french and have noticed that there are people on there wanting to know if there is one in English. Can you please create one? I would love to stay up to date with both lines when you’re not on HSN.
A few years ago I bought the Pink Phoeny shower gel, hand cream, body cream and talc kit. I love the smell and feel of it. Are you going to bring this scent back? Please do.
We opened your beautiful Flowers from my Heart book on Mother’s Day.
However, it contains a printer’s mistake. In the back of the book is a section entitled Potpourri. The section lists flowers in alphabetical order, giving definition and detail. The problem arises under the ROSE section. The rose is described on the bottom left page. On top of the next (right hand page) there is a partial and incomplete description on the rose again. It is a flaw in the book. Can it be fixed?
Jennifer, I am currently on auto ship for SSC SuperMel C Trio which includes the Rich Beauty Cream, Eye Cream and Antioxidant skin beauty cocktail. Why is it that you do not supply a face serum (No. 8) with this trio instead of the cocktail? Listening to your instruction for years, you always have a face serum, eye cream and face cream together. I always have full containers of the cocktail sitting in a drawer. Please change cocktail to a serum.
I love the hand soap, hand lotion in metal holder with the shower gel and body cream in Snowdrop configuration. Have you ever thought of putting this configuration in a different fragrance? This is a silly reason but the blue doesn’t match my bathroom for design. A more neutral color or the Shea Butter would be perfect. Thanks for your consideration.
Hi Ship and Amanda: I love your products, especially the Elaiira Shea Butter cream and body wash, but I think it has been discontinued. Do you ever plan on bringing it back? I have tried the Perlier Shea Butter and the consistency and scent is not the same. Thank you.

I love most of the products I have used, and I’ve tried to use a variety to find my favorite. I think it is Snowdrop now. Meanwhile, I noticed in the ingrediants that you use the sulfate laureth (spelling?…sorry). There’s been so much controversy about that chemical, couldn’t it be left out of your otherwise very healthy products?
I love your Royal Gelee Energizing Anti-aging cream, but I have no use of the cleanser and toner. Would I be able to purchase just the face cream? Would you sell it seperately? Thanks.

I have very sensitive skin and everything I have tried have only dried out my skin more. Tried your Eleria products, but can’t use them
I have to use products that are NOT highly perfumed and the latest cream that I purchased from you is great; it is called Honey Miel/Lemon.

I purchased Princess Amanda PA Crystal black resin ring in August for my friends birthday.
I did not check the ring.I gave it to her at her birthday party.Everyone thought it was very pretty. Later I notice my friend had taken it off.I thought maybe she didn’t want to get it dirty. The next day she called me,and did not want to complain,but the silver around the ring when she open it was copper not silver all the way around.I was so embrassed. I got the ring back,and called HSN,but no.
