I hope you had an amazing holiday season with your family! I am feeling renewed after a few days in the sun.
As I write this, I’ve just spent the past two days in NYC meeting with all the editors of our favorite magazines, giving them a sneak peak at the new products YOU will see this coming spring and summer in my line at HSN! I’ve walked them through the new beds, new towels and tablescapes I’ve spent the past months creating. I can’t wait to show it all to you, especially the tablescapes. I finally did what I’ve been trying to do for years, travel around to different countries and cultures to assemble easy SETS of accessories for your nightstand, bath, and living room side tables (any surface really) that feel finished, layered, and collected over time. The guesswork is over! Now with one set your rooms will feel as complete as they do in the magazines and on the makeover shows……
This will be a year of smart spending. And, as we spend more and more time at home (staycation, anyone?), I’ve come up with beautifully designed solutions for every room that you can feel good about investing in. Nate, why do your brown towels shed? I love your towels but the brown ones shed everywhere!!!
Nate- I was watching this morning and ended up purchasing the mink stripe rug. I was waiting for the beautiful glass tree table to be discussed and just found out that it sold out in January. So, from one designer to another, I plead with you, please bring it back so that I may purchase two for my family room. They will look perfect flanking my chesterfield.

I wanted to buy tour black/white zig zag rug but it didn’t match my furniture!! And then I listened to your video about the rug and showed it with contrasting fabrics in the upholstery and I grabbed it up! Thanks! I think a designers eye is not taught but is a gift. And you are very gifted!

Hi Nate, I wanted to purchase your flokati rug, however am concerned with the negative reviews. Is the shedding unbearable as people have claimed or are they exaggerating? Will you be coming out with the same style w/ different color criss/cross? The rug looks nice, I need some convincing. BTW Nate you are handsome w/or w/out your beard. Mr. Berkus I ordered your cotton jute rug and when it was delivered unfortunately did not look as rug pictured. The contructionns/design not the same quality. The dominate color was brown from the connecting thread to the jute strips. The picutured item on HSN website is gorgeous.Very disappointed,desired to order again, but requeted Mgr/HSN to contact your company to ensure that I would get the same identical rug that is advertised but was told unable to comply.

Nate, my bedroom has white, camel, chocolate brown,and a white duvet and sheets. The bed is black. I would like to paint the room as well as add an accent color in the room but I am not sure what color would pop. I want everything to flow well. I also wanted to know what kind of table looks good next to a big bulky velvet couch.
Hi Nate. I purchased your 600 thread count sheets (which I love) in chocolate and ice blue. I call it heaven and earth! My question is what is the best color to pop the room (everything is white, blue and chocolate) without taking away from the heavenly feeling. Just want a little spice! Thanks for your response. Nate & HSN: I ordered the tree table and only got the top delivered. When I called to ask where the rest of the table was I was; told they didn’t know why but the bottom was never sent out with the top and they were now sold out. So, I never got the tree table that I ordered and have wanted soooo badly. I am so incredibly disappointed. Please, please, please, bring it back!!!!!

I love your merchandise. I could use some suggestions in remaking my master bedroom. My guy loves Notre Dame, I want Asian themed/inspired. He agreed to try to join the concept of Asian Inspired in the Blue and Gold color scheme. Also, I’m unsure about what other colors I can incorpoate into this type of color scheme. Any ideas? I’m sure you’ve seen a lot during your travels so I decided to turn to you first. Thank you!

How about an oversized coverlet, quilt, comforter to go with the deep pocket sheets I just ordered?
I just ordered your 600 thread count sheets in spring green. I have purchased many extra deep pocket sheets sets for my king size mattress, and none of them fit. My second problem has been getting a quilt, coverlet, comforter that will cover the mattress when it’s on. Everything I have purchased to date doesn’t fall far enough down the side of the mattress, so you can always see the sheets that are popping off. How about something oversized?
