8th Anniversary
Wow. I cannot believe that in just days I will be celebrating our 8th Anniversary with you! I survived the 7th year itch! I’ve had so many highlights over the years. I remember at my very first show, when Shannon announced that everything had sold out, I just stood there speechless and motionless. I was in shock and overcome with happiness. At my 3rd anniversary show, one of you ladies sent me a surprise: an absolutely beautiful painting. It truly touched my heart. Then, one time Heather called me and told me what our products had done for her confidence. It brought tears to my eyes. It is all of you and all the special moments that bring me back again and again to HSN to passionately share what I have learned and developed each year. At the end of the day, it is my mission to help more women like you feel the benefits of Chinese herbs and nature. It has been a truly magical 8 years with you. My words cannot express enough how much I appreciate you letting me come to your living room to share my stories, my laughter, and my jibberish with all of you.

Hi Wei, I order some of you beauty products a few days ago. Iam really excited about trying them out, but the one thing that concerns me and several other women that have bougth your products, is the parabens and chemicals in it. Do you perhaps think that you could find a different formulation.
I’m a 38 yr. young woman that has never been able to use any face regimane & since I’ve discovered Wei East China Herbal Line I’ve had nothing but GREAT results…Along with millions…If it’s NOT BROKE don’t fix it…If you are looking for something with no chemicals or parabens than you should try something else…
Hi Wei!! I love your White Lotus products. I have tried everything. Please never change the Moonlight Recovery. It’s the bomb! I have a shelve stocked of it and your other products. Everyone asks me what I use on my skin.It’s completly hydrated and dewy. I am over 50 yrs. old and a white lotus girl.
Can I purchase that beautiful little turquoise make up bag by itself? I love it, but don’t need all those products right now. thanks.
Hi, Wei, I use most of your products and find them to be of very high quality & performance. It would be very difficult to pick a favorite! I purchased a kit once that had the China Wei cologne and hand & body cream. They were wonderful! Love the fragance!! I have noticed that you have the hand & body cream available in a kit, which I will purchase soon. Will you be bringing the China Wei cologne and perhaps the China Wei hand & body cream back in a kit? That would be just awesome! Thanks!
Hi Wei, I am a great fan of your Chestnut line, but realy wish you would bring back the 10.5 oz size of the Chestnut Body Firming cream in the pump bottle . It is not realistic to think a 4.3 oz size of body cream is going to go very far and $19.99 for that size is very expensive. Ideally, if you could do a 16 oz size you would make many women very happy. thanks for a great prduct line !!
Wei, would you please bring back item 246-422 collection. Love everything in it, especially the bright light rice milk spot brightener. Better yet, add the golden root 3-in-1 cleanser to the collection. That would be wonderful. Thanks.
I love the White Lotus Collection. Please sell Eye Dreams seperately. The sizes are too small with kits and I always end up buying what I do not need for the Eye Dreams. It use to be sold alone but not any longer.

I purchased the new formulation for the China Herbal kit. I like all of the products in it except the cleanser and the serum. I didn’t feel clean with the cleanser, and the serum didn’t moisturize at all like the older verson. Please bring the original formula back.

Wei, I recently purchased the chestnut firming package and fell in love with it. I was so impressed that I purchased the collection for my sister. I am on auto shipment for the chestnut which I placed on hold. I want to know if you think I would benefit from the Golden Root? I am 53 years old, my skin looks good but, it has lost it elasticity especially around my mouth. Please advise me.

Wie/ I am a customer of your products & have been for some time. However can not find the China Herbal moisturizer cream that you sold separately for All Skin Types. I don’t need the kits bcause most of the time I don’t use everything that is included. I have found that the China Herbal moisturizer cream 2b the 1 I use everyday plus the eyes live and the youth serum. I just need 2 replace those items. I know I have purchased them b4 separately so please bring this back. thank you.

Hi Wei, some of us are confused when buying makeup. I am East Indian and it is difficult to find makeup that looks natural. Is it possible for you to suggest what suits light/medium brown skin color in your presentations on HSN? I take good care of my skin, but would like to use make up to enhance, not to look made up. I am 60, look much younger, and would like to look good! Thank you.

Wei how come we do not see your bar of soap anymore? Please next time bring back (the clear see thru soap in the green packaging) this is a wonderful face soap. I bought it about one year ago (a few of them) and are almost out. PLease, please…bring back soon! Possibly in a package of 3 or 4 would be absolutely great! Love your products, and your stories….we are very lucky to have you on HSN. Many, many more years to come for us all!

I love the White Lotus collection.. However, there is never a large enough Eye Dreams in any kit. Where did the large size go? Please bring back a larger size of Eye Dreams the small ones are not enough.

Hi Wei, Congratulations on your 8th anniversary! I’m 55 years old and remember when seven years ago I watched you and ordered your White Lotus products for hopelessly dry skin. I never looked back and my skin is not dry anymore. Love all your products but white lotus is still my favorite, its like a moisture blanket for my skin. Thank you.
I am a 46 year old african american female with oily acne prone skin, with little to no wrinkles. I live in a in a high humidity area of Texas. I currently use Premier Dead Sea products (very expensive)with minimal results. I am wishing for acne free, smooth even tone complexion that would not need foundation. What’s your suggestion to my making my wish come true.

Hi Wei I’m new to your line and have not odered anything yet but Im ready too but dont know what to try. I am a 31 y old woman of colo,caramel skin tone, and have combo skin with breakouts and oily t=zone. I also have older scarring from acne and hyperpigmentation I am so SICK of and ready to get rid of once and for all after all these years. So what should I try?I have no problem getting a set or kit or one prouduct if thats what I need-I just want a way to control my skin and improve it!
Your products are very good but are not as healthy as promoted. Your products contain parabens and a lot of chemicals which should not be in a healthy herbal cosmetic. I just wonder why this has never been addressed. I have asked this before and NO ONE has ever gotten back with me said anything. I like your products Wei, but would like them better without parabens… as I am sure others would also.
