Hello – yes in the past we were able to respond to all your questions regularly – we no longer can do this – HSN has made great exceptions in order for us to write you all back. Regarding all your questions – Here are the answers: New Flavors – Pear, Lime, Carnation, Cranberry – None of these are yet available – We are looking at an extension to our pomegranate line – by adding Cranberry & Acai. We also tested a few Pear scent for a launch this fall and again we were not happy with any of them – We will continue trying – We did try to have ready for this July all new Honey Body Sprays scented accordingly – unfortunately their cost were prohibitive. We are looking into launching them next year but must find a way to keep the integrity while making them affordable – Thank you for your blog! OLD products, MI Dear MI, Every product has different codes and many of them do not match a date unless we looked them up in our log. About 3 years ago I was asked on a blog what the numbers on our products meant – and yes, in some instances we do place the year on the product but for all products its different – some are the first 2 numbers, some are the last 2, some are in the middle and some don’t have the year at all – I would need to look at our log to see when the product was made – The numbers on all our products are Batch Numbers and the actual information is logged into our books – This is how most cosmetic companies work. I must tell you that it is very unlikely if not almost impossible that you have a 4 year old Banana Product. Regardless, I’m sorry for your experience and thank you for taking the time to blog us. Hi Skip & Amanda, I would like you to know that I ordered a few of your products, can’t remember what although I have been using your products for many years. I ordered your oversized Olive Oil bath and i know it sold out. I was evacuated because of Sandys Hurricane. UPS & HSN did not work with me to receive my package. Neither one would forward it to another address. UPS wanted me to go to their station but we couldnt get gas so that was out of the question. I wanted you to know. Shame on HSN
I am 82 years old and have used Honey Accacia shampoo and love it a very long time. I cannot find it on HSN or anywhere. I had a stockpile, but am now using my last bottle. Do you still carry it or is it gone forever? PLEASE let me know what the status of this product is. Do you have any? Where can I purchase it? You would make me so happy if I could obtain my beloved shampoo.

Hello, I love your products and stock up whenever I see the great bargains you bring to us. Thanks for those.:) I have just recently started caring for my 87-yo mother 24/7 and I would like your opinion on which of your skin care products would be best for her/elderly with very dry, frail, wrinkly skin? The body creams and butter I have used so far have been wonderful, but just thought maybe you had a better idea as to which one was the best for her.

I purchased Perlier Honey Miel Royal Elixir Face/Eye Youth Serums. What is the temperature range and time frame for extreme heat before this product is no longer effective or goes bad?
Problem: It arrived at my local UPS office Saturday (8/25). Today (8/27), instead of delivering it to me, they delivered it to the USPS office to be delivered in 1-2 days. The package will sit out either in full sun or in a mailbox (also in direct sun) in 100 degree plus weather for hours.
I have been a faithful Italian Bath & Body gal for many years but I am also upset that so very many of your great scents are no longer around. (ie tuberose, mandarin & ginger, rosa di maggio,lilac, the original white almond, & many more). My all time favorite was the original white musk. I tried the “new & improved” version & it was terrible. Is there any way to get this again. Also, what happened to the talcs-I use them daily & can’t find them now. Are you leaving HSN. I hope not.
I know what you mean, I too have been a loyal customer of Perlier for years. I know they like to bring us new fragrances, but why do they have to do away with the ones that we love and have used for so long? There are many other major cosmetic/fragrance companies that have their original fragrances that “put them on the map” so to speak, and they do add new fragrances to their line, but they NEVER, NEVER get rid of the tried and true fragrances that their customers love.
My two autoships of Perlier Risarium products were canceled. I had those autoships for several years. I have sensitive skin and allergies (which I cannot use many ‘fragrant’ products. Risarium was a Godsend for me. I felt like I was slapped in the face by HSN notifying me that those products were no longer going to be available. Shame on Italian Beauty for not personally contacting me with suggestions for possible substitutions. Guess my business didn’t count!

Are you planning on bringing back your La Voglia Matta (fruit and milk) line back in different scents anytime soon? I LOVE these, have all of them, but would like to see perhaps (and these are just suggestions) Milk and Blueberry, or Milk and Raspberry. I enjoy many of your products, but one in particular is my ultimate favorite, the Olive Oil Starter Kit which I placed on autoship with HSN. Recently, HSN contacted me via email of cancelling my autoship of Olive Oil Starter Kit. Very, very disappointing and contacted HSN to find out why. Seems overwhelming orders of this product are so in demand, Perlier is having difficulty keeping up with the orders placed on autoship.Hopefully this will be resolved soon in the future…Your avid Perlier fan!

I too miss the oldies but goodies. My absolute favorite was ROYAL LILLY AND PEONY. Alas, after buying about 10 bottles of shower gel and body cream, I have finally run out. When I showered with this product, people would ask me what ‘the lovely scent was’.
I just knew that it would be discontinued. I have tried other scents but there is nothing that comes close. I have given gifts of Lavendar and Lilic but they do nothing for me. You now seem to make somw very bizzar combinations. Please!
PLEASE don’t get rid of the Lavendar. That is one of my favorites and also Lilac which I haven’t seen for a long time!! I would love to have some body powder to match. I never heard of the Royal Lilly and Peony. I would like to try that myself……and some body powder!!

I too am losing interest in the Perlier brand. Every time I get a favorite…you cancel it. I loved the Blue Iris…it’s gone. I loved the Lilac…can’t believe it’s gone. I loved the Carribean Vanilla..it’s gone. The only thing my mom ever asked for was the White Almond…I gave her the “new” organic one…she said “don’t buy that again.” I give up.
Are you ever going to have Lilac again? And PLEASE don’t get rid of the Honeysuckle. I never heard of the Blue Iris Why do you’ll get rid of some of my favorites and some I never even heard of? PLEASE bring them back and also I would like to see some body powder to match. I get tired of the same old stuff all the time. I LOVE the floral. I would like a wildflowers scent!….AND BODY POWDER!! I need body powder to go with my kits!

Are you ever going to bring back the deodorant. They were wonderful and I haven’t seen them in years. What about the talc powders in the florals. Can’t find them either. Where is the peony, lilac, and lavender. These were all successful products. Why mess with success. Are these product ever coming back.

There is a sale on Anamone bath and shower cream. I’d love to purchase it but I do not know about the fragrance. Ingredients listed things I am not familiar with, but one customer review mentioned lavender. Please – what does it smell like? Thanks much. Because the website no long has what I like I have switched to Philosophy which now has a very good Pink Peony and Wild Flowers shower gel, shampoo, and bubble bath all in one. Honey is fine, but I have had perennial favorites since first shopping in Verona at the Perlier and I simply cannot get them anymore on HSN. I have written dozens of times to HSN, but to no avail. Mandarin Ginger is gone, Blue IRis is gone, Lily of the Valley is gone, Pink Peony is gone. Farewell.

PLEASE bring them back!! GGFM mentioned some that I have never heard of that I would like to try. Bring them back so I can try some of these that I have never tried. I am tired of looking at the same old thing things every show!! Sounds like I’m not the only one!
