I wish you would not discontinue the Aloe & Soy Lipids products! These is the cleanest, most beautiful scent. My mom gave some to my sister who fell in love with it, and now I can’t give it to her for Christmas. She is very picky about scents. Plese bring the Aloe and Soy back!
Is the Banana Velour discontinued? Please don’t get rid of it. That is my HG body cream.

I would love to see the flavor Rain come back, and come back in a big way with a body spray vs. an EDT, soap no soap, hand cream, and talc. This is a very soothing flavor and one that this migraine prone, allergy prone person can use!
Also, still waiting for the Mimosa body spray as well. Thanks for bringing us all amazing products. My favorites are the LIV Vanilla and the new Shea Coconut.
The new Thai Coco is delightful! I am not a big fan of coconut scents but I had a good feeling about this one and ordered. Maybe it was the words “melt in butter” that got me! A talc and EDT to match would be wonderful. Could you please bring those to HSN soon so we can enjoy them this summer? And please bring some of your wonderful fruit sprays? Lemon Vanilla and Blueberry/Blackberry sound wonderful right now!
Please bring us more therapeutic foot treatment creams, similar to the Elariia Cucumber Foot Cream, with healing and soothing herbal extracts. I adore the cucumber formulaion–the addition of mint, arnica, horse chestnut, etc. temporarily calms my chronc pain–but I would love to have more options. I’m sure that many people would benefit from the therapeutic effect of these powerful herbal ingredients.
A honey, ginger and ginseng formulation would be a wonderful winter treat!
I agree. I use the Cuke/Mint Leg & Foot Cream on my son who has growing pains in his calves and feet!
I ordered one of your Black Rice Kits and it contained a “Mouse Facial Cleanser”, which I love. Can this item be purchased separately? I do not see it with the other Black Rice products. It is only in the kit? Can the Red/Gold Thermal Concentrate be put on an autoship plan? as well as many of your other Red/Gold and Black Rice & lifting products that are currently not available on autoship One of the facial serums mentioned using a toner, but I do not see a toner for this product.
I love your products, but lately, there have been some problems. I ordered the 3L honey/lavender it was placed in a larger box with many of your other items, but the neck of the 3L bottle was broken & 1-1/2 L spilled out into the larger box and through the box onto my carpet and harwood floor, where I had placed the box when it arrived. What a mess. On the Olive Oil body/bath cream, the pump did not work. Waited almost a month for the RedGold Thermal Concentrate,& the container was “empty”.
I know this is the season for fruit and flowers but, I am trying to find the dark chocolate body creams and shower creams. All of them. I would love to get them on autoship…. I agree getting rid of the old for new isn’t always productive, I have a gazillion of your products, but I come back because of my favorites..
Hi Dotti: You can find the dark chocolate and other Perlier products at Perlier.com. A little bit more money but they do have specials buy one get one free each month. Hope this helps you.
Skip and Amanda, Love your moisturizing bath products, especially Snowdrop, Peppermint Latte, and Vanilla. But where, oh where, is my all-time summertime favorite, Coconut Mango? I always look forward to stocking up in late spring, and was so disappointed when it was unavailable this year. Please consider bringing this fragrance back…nothing can beat this moisturizing delight after a day at the beach!!
Olivarium bar soaps are excellent and I have purchased many Trios, but please, please, I want some variety. More bar soaps in ANY scent would be most welcome including White Almond (my favorite), Risarium, Honey Original and Organic Varieties, and Lavender. Thank you.
Will you be offering the Lavender Honey Butter? The scent and moisturizing effects lasts much longer than the body balm. Also, how about a Mediterraneum kit with talc, body butter, etc.? Thanks.
Please don’t get rid of the Risarium bath and body products! They are the only ones I can use due to allergies and fragrance sensitivities. Hardly anything is available right now.
I am seeing an obvious trend in the blogs and wondering if Skip & Amanda read them & see it too! Everyone seems to want their favorites back! Mine are White Tea with Lemon (which has not been available for a loooong time)and the original Olive Oil (which has been available in limited forms only). Please bring our favorites back!I think it would “pay” you(pun intended)to do this for your customers. Try new ones? Why? They will disappear too! i agree 100%. Try make so many new, and yes I like some of them, our “old” favs dissapear and we never see the again. I love the White Tea with Lemon. I have asked several times and keep being told its coming back. Well, after wo years of waiting i’m not asking anymore. Sweet honysukle disappeared also, the new honeysuckel just doesnt compare. How abouta show dedicated to the “old” favs :)

Please, please, please bring back the Olivarium & Fig body cream, hand cream & soap, & shower gel. This body cream really smooths out dry skin and the subtle, clean fragrance is the BEST. The regular Olivarium is TOO strong for women, but the Olivarium & fig is just right!

I recently purchased your shea butter and coconut milk 5-piece set. I LOVE IT. This is my first Perlier purchase and I promise you have a devout customer for this product. My question is will you offer the hand cream in a set of two – like you do other scents? I tried the citrus with shea butter and it is not for me. I love the shea butter and coconut milk – I use all 5 products but will run out of the hand cream first. They smell great, moisturize like no other and help skin healing.
I just received my auto ship of Oliveian (what ever it is called), got your pamphlet of products. When will you be having the Talc for Lavender Honey available? When I called HSN and checked on line it is not available really love it.
Will the product Elariia/Avena – Oatmeal w/Coriander and Honey ever be brought back with all the normal products like Talc, hand cream, cream bath, body cream, shampoo and body spray (this is not in all of your products, only Lavender Honey) but would be nice in this scent. The combination of the oatmeal, coriander and honey is just the greatest scent… My opinion, what ever that is worth.

I used to be a loyal IB customer. Why are you changing or discontinuing the lines that your loyal customers love? WISTERIA body cream was my absolute favorite scent. I loved it & continue to this day to check in to see if you decided to bring it back. I am no longer a customer & will not purchase any additional products unless I see my favorite scent back. I hope you will reconsider what your customers want. Do you read our comments? Would love to hear your comments.
What happened to the original Snowdrop perfume? The original Snow Drop products? Why did you change the product? If something is working…why change it? Bring back the old product..it was wonderful and unique. Stop changing and discontinuing products that your customers enjoy!
The original Snowdrop is my favorite. It’s a mystical and alluring fragrance. Also, if you could please have a Snowdrop body powder. Congratulations to Skip and Katie.
You used to have this most delicious and sensual line called Caribbean Vanilla. I was heartbroken when you stopped offering them and made sure to stock up on all four of the variations before they gone. I know that it takes time for you to develop new products, but is there anyway that you can bring this line back as a body wash and body cream combo? I know that it would sell because the eau de toilette line had a cult following! Thanks!!!!!
I really enjoyed your last visit on HSN. I bought two of the Today’s Special – the regular Honey and the White Jasmine Honey. Can’t wait to receive them. Would you please consider offering the honey line in a travel size? I have so many of your fragrances, but your honey is my favorite.

A while back I asked if the original black rice serum was coming back. Not happy with the platinum black rice serum, does not work as well. Did I miss something, have not heard any reference to this. I’ve read here in the comments the customers are not happy about auto ship programs being cancelled. PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL THE RISARIUM its the only body cream I can use.
