I ordered 2 sets of your hangers and looked forward to cleaning up and organizing my closets. I was surprised when one of the hangers broke. I walked into my closet and found a pair of pants on the floor. They were still on the hanger, but the hook was still on the rod. I was disappointed.
A message, with all due respect, for Joy: I have a # of your items, inc. your 1st rolling briefcase & your hangers. My Daughter has the hangers. Yes, they save space. People may take issue w/what my next comments. I think, w/all the success, that some things, like QC, have been left behind. 1)They DO break. 2)The plastic clothes bags tear easily. 3) Wedgewood Blue is NEVER that! 4) The 3+ millions sold are all made in china! PLEASE! REWARD OUR LOYALTY! Improve QC by simply making them here! T.Y.
Joy…We absolutely love your products. We’re wondering if you’re going to offer the two types of hangers as you did recently: one set was for tops only, the other was strictly suit hangers. These turned out to be a God send not only for us, but for a friend in a nursing home that only needed the one for tops. Would you be able to, hopefully soon, let your customers know what your plans are regarding this issue.

Joy, we love your hangers. There is one adjustment I would like to see. If you could make the clips that attach to the hangers about a half inch longer, it would make it a lot easier to hang pants or skirts that are of a heavier material. As they are now, it is quite difficult. Thanks for listening.

I just wanted to tell you that your products are just wonderful. I have lots of your hangers and your ocean blue Do it all Duffle bag. I would like a garment bag to match the duffle bag could I buy just the garment bag without all the other pieces. I can fit everything in the duffle but need the garment bag for my hanging things. Keep up the great job on all your products and thinking of all the great details.
