Sparkle & Sizzle this Spring and Summer!
Hello Jewelry Lovers!
Prepare to be distracted by some seriously sparkly things this month! Whether you’re hunting for sparklers for a casual girls night out, a graduation party or Mother’s Day brunch, we have lots of drool-worthy beauties in May that will add some sizzle to your spring and summer wardrobes!

On May 5th we’ll feature 4 hours of ‘My Favorite Things’ jewelry and fashion. We’ll show you some of my top picks of the season including a gorgeous assortment of genuine gemstone jewelry. Look for rich red rubies, mouth watering citrus color gems, a vibrant multi-color tourmaline cross pendant, our Lucky Labradorite Clover ring and much more.
May flowers are in bloom, and so is our Calla Lily Ring. Our hand-carved angel skin calcite will create a floral fantasy on your finger! If you want something with bold color our new turquoise and purple jasper rings will be sure to make a statement. It’s not for the faint of heart!

If you’re looking for some new wrist candy, wait until you see our new Gladiator and Hammered Gemstone cuff bracelets! For luxe layers, our popular Shambala bracelets are back in new gorgeous colors! We also have new friendship bracelets and pave bangles to add instant sizzle to any outfit – pile them on!
Statement earrings are another must have for spring and summer. Whether you’re heading out to a BBQ or a summer wedding, our fabulous simulated gemstone chain mail earrings are flirty, fun and fabulous!
Another one of my new favorites that captures the huge global trend in jewelry design is our Geo-Deco inspired Potay necklace from Nepal. It’s a real showstopper and will have you turning heads whenever you wear it!

Nothing looks best for summer than cool sterling silver jewelry! If you’re a silver lover, you’ll want to mark your calendar for May 15th when we debut our new Isharya 925 Collection in our Designer Gallery! I can’t wait to introduce you to San Francisco based designer Radhika Tandon and her Bombay based sister-in-law Gauri. Their sterling silver collection for HSN is the perfect combination of laid back California cool and Bollywood Glamour. For me, it was love at first sight!
If you’re in the mood for spring and summer sparkle (you know I am!) I hope you will mark your calendars for May 5th (My Favorite Things) and May 15th (Designer Gallery.) It’s time to shine!
Love,
Colleen

I have been a loyal Hsn customer since the 1990’s and clearly remember the “classy” jewelry being sold then. Today, is a very different story. “Junk and clunk” pieces of jewelry that appear cheap, and more of what a street walker would wear on the street, absolutely without a doubt, the most digusting cheap junk I have ever seen Hsn carry. Who is the buyer for Hsn anyway?? I would not pay one cent for what is being sold now. Get a new buyer, PLEASE, show less of what Colleen is presenting.
Freedom of speech is one of the things that make this country great. With that being said, if you don’t like the jewelry, then don’t buy it!! Obviously as successful as Colleens’ shows are, there are many customers who love what her and the buyers are offering.
Thank you, SugarBear! The great thing about HSN is that there’s something for everyone! I love an assortment in my jewelry box….If you watch My Favorite Things, it’s not all fashion jewelry. We have a full hour of fine jewelry on Saturday at 7:00 PM including beautiful rubies, Ethiopian opals, tourmaline, and much more! Variety is the spice of life!!
I agree that there is a lot more of the junky gaudy jewelry out there nowadays..however, I do not agree with you that what Colleen shows in her shows like designer gallery and her favorite things are junky..a lot of the things that Colleen shows in my opinion are of good taste …
Thank you, Majan! I appreciate your comments – beauty is in the eye of the beholder :-) xo
It’s nice to take a vacation once in a while because this gives you physical and mental refreshment. I can still remember my unforgettable experience when I was in Bantayan Island. The place was indescribable. The surroundings were rare, pleasant to your soul.
Bantayan Island sounds like a magical place – thanks for sharing!
