Serious Skincare: February Power Visit
I would like to begin by thanking all of you for the enthusiasm you showed us as we jumped into 2012 with our New Beginnings Event in January. The excitement and support we received from both existing clients and new customers were gratifying to my entire team. The evolution has just begun! In the coming months you will see Serious Skincare continue to move forward, building on what we know works and embracing the change that we all know is necessary to grow.
We typically do not have a full, multiple-day visit to HSN in February. It’s always a short visit to allow you to stock up on your favorite skincare line. It’s also a time when we can showcase something new and exciting in an abbreviated visit – we call them Power Visits. My team and I will descend on Florida on President’s Day to prepare for our one-day visit on Tuesday, February 21st.

I have a question. On your last visit I bought the A kit and the Jumbo innovations kit. I love the pure prep, the fraxion and the C enzyme but how do I use all of them? I also got the rulineaX and I don’t know about it either. I have all these products, love all of them, but don’t want to waste layering all of them on all the time. Can you give me some direction. Thanks,

Are there any plans to change the packaging of Light Fraxion?
The pump is SO inconsistent. I’ve had this on auto-ship for a while but I’m getting really tired of everything i have to do to get the product out of the bottle – banging, unscrewing, standing on it’s cap, digging out with a q-tip. A tube would be much better for this product. I’m moving out my next auto-ship date to see if packaging changes. If it doesn’t I’m cancelling.

You can still find the Ice Age Lip Plumping treatment and color on HSN, but the Ice Age has been discontinued.

That is correct. You unscrew the entire top and use the dropper to drop a small amount into your cupped hand, then dab the serum on with your other hand.

Got the glycolic kit and love it!! My husband is darker skin toned and has sensitive skin and has always had freckles. Now he is getting full on hyperpigmentation on his cheeks. What if any line would be good for him? I didn’t see anything that’s purpose was to “lighten”. He is using sunscreen too. Also I wanted to get a line for daytime for myself, or both of us, that has more moisture for daytime. I have large pores and am 39. Thanks!

I just purchased the A defy and protect kit, and while I really want to see what results I get, there is such a strong scent to the products. Are any of your products unscented? I really want to use your retinol products, but I don’t believe that I can continue using this due to the very strong fragrance. Thank you in advance for your response!

Our products do contain fragrance. The scent should fade within a few minutes after application.

I am disappointed in the Toning Device for face…I wanted it mainly for lower face, jowls & very importantly… chin & near mouth! After reading, but they didn’t say in the demonstration, you cannot get close to lips. I only tried it on chin two inches below bottom lip…the electricity traveled through teeth so badly was unbearable. This was at the lowest level of power. Now I have to pay over $8.00 to mail back. The entire machine is too much trouble, & uncomfortable as well, to use.

We are sorry that you are disappointed in the Toning Device. It is true you are not to use the device over the mouth area, nor should it be used directly over metal dental implants. You do not have to use the device directly over the area you wish to improve. If you use the device HIGHER on the face than your troubled areas, your muscles will tone, improving your problem areas.
I’ve been watching for Emu and Aloe to become available, but still no luck. Has it been discontinued?

What the heck is up with Dianna totally Overpowering Jennifer on tonights show….she Barely let Jennifer get a word in edgewise and not to mention shes like Hollering everything!! She needs to get over herself and realize Jennifer is the Star of the Show!! Jennifer was such a Class Act and dealt with it way better then I did!!! Barely could watch this episode… Dianna was so Irrating!!!
