Serious Skincare Returns to HSN – February 2 & 3
What an amazing start to the NEW YEAR – thank you to all of our clients who joined us for our January visit on HSN – and to the thousands more who shopped via the convenience of hsn.com! By now, those of you who picked up our January Today’s Special are enjoying the skin hydrating benefits of the Olive Oil line. I cannot wait to hear of the results you are experiencing.
I also want to thank all of you who actively participate in our HSN show experience. We work very hard to create a fun and informative experience for you. Not only on HSN TV, but also on the other HSN mediums. We are particularly excited about the newer element to our shows by making our product education specialist, Mindy McCortney, available simultaneously on Facebook and the HSN mobile live chat during the shows to address your questions immediately in real-time. Serious Skincare was the first to have a dedicated customer support staff to answer your queries – and now we stepped up technologically to assist online… live! Such fun!
We are so excited about our SPECIAL VISIT on HSN February 2 and 3. We were invited by HSN this year to participate in this special weekend of programming. I challenged my team to come up with some special offers exclusively for the weekend!

I use and love many of your products. Used the tinted moisturizer forever and I just can’t fine anything to replace it. I have tried at least 20 different kinds. I’m 63 years old and about to give up. Have any advice for me?

We are sorry but we no longer have the tinted moisturizer available for sale. We do have foundations: Serious Colour In Depth, or Reverse Lift if you prefer mineral makeup, try our Bella Rose.

I am really confused on which product to buy for my skin using your line. I would be a first time buyer. I am 28 and have normal to dry skin with occasional break outs. I hope you can help me. I have been watching videos on HSN and was looking between the Acne and the Glycolic line. Hope you can help me.

We would recommend you start with the Glycolic or the Vitamin A lines. Pick up the DryLo to put on your occasional break outs.

I was wondering if you’re going to bring back the Continuously Clear Clearz-It nano hydra product? It really helps to have the hydration added in with the clearz-it since it can be a little drying. Also, will you be having a TS with the Continuously Clear line soon?

It depends, if you have dry skin, we would recommend the olive oil. For wrinkles, the Vitamin C, and for sagging, we would recommend our Reverse Lift line. Thank you for your post.
Hi Jennifer, I started using your products last month. I got the egg a week ago. Love, Love, Love it!!!!!! My question to you is I use the vitamin C collection during the day and the Gycolic at night. Does it matter if I mix the products? I absolutly love the gommage!!!! I started buying your product after recieving a sample product of the gommage. Keep up the good work.

I purchased your EEG Microcurrent Facial Toning System before you had a DVD with the system. I really have not used it much because the directions sent were not what I needed. How could I get the DVD that you now have in your kit? You do not know how much this would mean to me.

stopping by to thank you. I am a new SSC family member. Last month I was fortunate to get your limited edition Beauty Book before it sold out, I spoke to you on the show. I have noticed a change in the fading of aging and sun spots. (pure prep) and the hydra flash I carry in my purse, the hydration benefits are amazing. thank you for bringing this to us. OH you were right the Glycolic Comage, awesome, I love it (3x a week) and I have fresh, clean skin, smaller pores. Today I am getting the microcurrent toning machine. I believe the lifting products will be much more noticeable if I can lift and plump from the inside out. I’ll keep you posted. Bless you and your beautiful family.

hi Jennifer, I am currently usuing your olive oil special and it seems to work alright, My problem is that I have very sensitive skin and am allergic to lanolin. I will be 60 yrs old in March and all I want is a moisturizer that gives me more hydration. Could you suggest one of your products for me. Please, The only facial lotion that ever worked on my face was dove moisturizing facial lotion with SPF15, The company no longer makes the product. I have watched your shows and am very empressed at how honest you are, with that if you could help me with my delima I would be a happy camper afer so long.

Would you please bring back glucosamine kit . I have tried so many different line, the only thing was help my skin to calm was glucosamine . Please make a kit for sensitive skin.

I love your products and use many different lines including the egg.
I am finding some of the new packaging difficult to use. The new “droppers” in particular. Is there a special technique? Another product in the old style packaging is the Morning Magic. I have found the only way to get this out is unscrewing the top and using a cotton bud. I would appreciate any suggestions you have.

Hi Christine, We suggest with the new button droppers that you dip, press the button to fill the dropper, and then hold the dropper over your cupped hand as you press the button to release the serum,then dab your finger into your cupped hand and dot the product on your forehead, cheeks, and chin, then spread it in.
