I have received the full glycolic kit. I have used the glycolic cleanser on a rotation basis for quite awhile. After seeing a complete kit, I decided to try it. I cannot for the life of me figure out how the pump on the serum works. I saw it explained in a demo, but don’t seem to be able to work it(duh). Right now I am taking it apart and letting the dropper fall onto my finger. Also I feel at 58, I have bounced around to different skin care after reaching a plateau, any suggestions??

The Glycolic kit took all my fine lines away…looks like I had surgery…I am 49 and have no wrinkles. I also used the 3 step peel for a while. I think plastic surgeons will be in trouble. I live in Florida and it has erased all the sun damage. Thanks.

I bought the A Kit from your January visit, love the wash, however I not sure about the eye cream. It seems that it may be drying my skin around my eyes. Does this happen with Retnol with some people? What do you suggest?

Please, please bring back the Targeted Night Trio as a package item! Having the 3 pieces separate is just way too expensive. I can’t afford $100 for 3 small jars but they are great products.

Indira, I so agree with you! The line is getting too expensive. they want you to buy single pieces and pay more. They are great products and they USED to be a great value! I can’t afford them anymore, no matter how good they are!
I have used SSC for 9 years. What is happening with the products? You used to have wonderful kits for great prices, in fact that was your basic idea. Now, everything I see in the Olive Oil line is sold as a single item. That was one of the reasons I loved your line,great results for a great price. I am not happy with the direction your company is heading. BRING BACK THE KITS. I want a great product for a good price. I can’t afford you anymore!With the economy the way it is how could you do this?

The products are brought on air in a rotation, and there were large olive oil kits offered late last fall.
I also would like an olive oil kit, sorry I missed out in the fall. Recently got my brother hooked…so excited about that….but now I’m running out:( When are you coming back to HSN in

can u pls bring us a value pack of ur acne line like u do for ur A line,C line and ur glycolic line customers u bring them great value kits every year but u don’t bring us that use ur acne line value kits like u do for the other line i mentioned above, i also use ur glycolic line and i got it on auto delivery i just wish u can bring us a kit like that in ur acne line and put it on auto delievery like ur acne cleanser, clearz-it, repair-it,ur dry-lo,cleasing pad and ur mask all in one kit please.

Please, please, please bring back Pro-Firm Medium liquid foundation. I cannot find anything nearly as good and I am tired of throwing out inferior substitutes from other companies. This was an unbelievably great product and I am not a mineral makeup fan. HELP

We offer the Serious Colour liquid foundation, it is called In Depth, and medium is still available.
I have been using Serious Skin Care off and on for 9 years…..after looking at my skin day after day it was hard to see a difference. I would then order difference products such as a super model brand or the eastern type of skin care, or another brand from HSN. I immediately saw a difference in my skin…..the change was not good. I switched back to Serious Skin Care and realized that nothing works better than Serious Skin Care. It does what it is advertized to do. This is my product!!

I have been using SSC for about 9 years and love the products. I have mainly used the C products, and the Glycolic cleanser. My 21 year old daughter has started using them too. Iam 50 yrs.old and the past weekend I ordered 3 kits: The A Kit, C kit and the Glycolic Kit. Could you please tell me which kit to use when?? Keep making great products!! Thank You for what you do…

I just received the glycolic skin care Today’s special. I had already used the glyclolic mask sample so I cleaned my skin well and applied the serum and moisturizer last night.
I felt and saw good results in one day. My skin looks and feels as if it has “woken up’. I would like to maintain my current skin care regime and periodically use the glycolic “kit” at night.
How often (days per week) should I use the glycolic kit or how would you recommend I use it? I am in my mid-50s.

You can use the glycolic kit on a daily basis. Since you already have another regimen, you might alternate your day and night routines. Thank you for your post, glad that you saw results in just one day.
I just purchased the Pure Pep 30 Peptide concentrate and was wondering can I apply that along with the Light fraxion in the morning. If I can which should I apply first. Or would it be best to not apply anything along with the Light Fraxion.

We suggest that you use the Light Fraxion on cleansed dry skin in the morning. Follow with an SPF cream, then makeup. You can use your Pure Pep first thing after cleansing at night.
I ordered the New Beginnings kit today and I am anxious to receive it. Can you please recommended a day moisturizer with an SPF that will compliment this regimen? Thank you.

We do rotate the kits we show on air each visit. If you type olive oil into the search bar, you will see many items there from which to choose.

You can apply to the face, but not in the eye area.

I’ve been using SSC exclusively for (at least) 14 or so years and I was signed up on your older website as a team member and as soon as you revamped your website I signed up to become a member of your new beauty club, however having said that, I have yet to get any samples…what gives?
I would like to ask if you will be restocking with the A- Defiance double strength retinol serum and A-Defiance 4 Million IU retinol cream. It seems they are in great demand as I really like using them myself. Thank you for your help and have a nice day.

I have the new SSC C Power and was wondering do we leave it on, or do we rinse it off after it quits the warming process. I called your 800# and they said to wash off, but I am watching HSN now and they do not mention anything about rinsing it off.

You leave the C Power on. 2 or 3 times a week, you replace another serum in your regime with the C Power.
SSC products are nice but moving away from items for oily/sens skin-a-copper, glucosamine acid-free. Found a-copper serum on ebay. HSN cancelled acid-free A/S & now market Glycolic Retext Kit as for all skin types. I am afro-amer, oily/sens. Oily skin does not have aging issues as dry skin; so why one size fits all. Anti-aging is the rage now but don’t forget the oily/sens items. stop pushing dry skin items as universal. I miss what you had that works! Sample items w/all types for real stats.
