We invited some local residents to come in to the Spa Mio to experience Serious Skin Care’s Skin Detailer. Our own Cecilia Stock traveled to Las Vegas and trained the team of skin care professionals at Spa Mio on the use of the Skin Detailer and the results were amazing. First, the manager at the Spa and her team were so impressed with the quality and results provided by the Skin Detailer, they are working to carry the product with their current high-end assortment.

The fun really began when we invited clients to come in and experience the Skin Detailer in a real, luxurious spa setting. Serious Skin Care literally took over the Spa Mio for the day and with Cecilia’s help, the Spa Mio team provided Skin Detailer “treatments” to nearly 20 people – including one gentleman! Everyone raved about the experience and we invite you to tune in to HSN and hear what several of the participants had to say about the experience.

I love the detailer kit!! The first time I used it I could tell a difference. I used it for the second time yesterday and dropped step 2 on my tile floor and shattered it. Is there any way to buy just the one bottle?? Is this a once a week or more??

I am new to this skincare line as of today. I now have the face firming pads, chin and neck creams, the eye creams, and the skin detailer kit. I am 57 and have started noticing fine line wrinkles on my upper lip (skin between lip and nose) though I never smoked a day in my life. The DR says it is because of my osteoporosis. Any suggestions?

I have been using the Continuously Clear Trio for adult skin for the past few weeks. I like it alot! I noticed that the kit is on clearance for $29.00 and their is another trio bt the same name name for $39.00. My question is, what is the difference between the two kits? Obviously something has been changed or they would not be selling the smae kit for two different prices? Thanks.
I had tried the Age Defy Skin Resurfacing Kit and sent it back due to my sensitive skin was red for a bit too long or so I thought. I really liked the two creams with the retinol but you can’t send back part of a kit. I would love to try this again but don’t see this particular kit available. There is another one but with different creams (not the double strength) would you please consider putting this one together again so we have a chance to try it. Would love to hear from you and thanks.

We are sorry that you experienced sensitivity with the Age Defy Kit. We suggest that you call SSC customer service. They may be able to suggest products more suitable for you.
Can you PLEAAASE do the big, bigger, biggest of the GLYCOLIC cleanser please!!! I just love it and I just love the best deals in the market! :) I also love the Light Fraxion right now and I’m on autoship. Thanks for all your wonderful products….. I use C-Clean, Super Mel C, Reverse Lift, Replicate and Renew…..but my all time fave is the glycolic line!!!

Could the Infraction be put in a tub instead of a pump or better yet a jar? I cut the bottoms of products in the tubes to use every last bit because I’m a waste not want not person. I really like creams in jars because they’re easier to get the last bit out. Keep up the good work ladies.

I love correc-chin. It really works and I get it on auto delivery but the last tube smells really bad. I called customer service and they sent me a new one after I sent that one back, but the new one smells just as bad. It is difficult for me to use it now. Did you change the scent or did I get two bad tubes? I REALLY don’t want to stop using it.Thanks for a great product.

You do have a nice assortment there! As you know, Light Fraxion goes on clean dry skin. Looking at your list though, if you are using FirmAFace as a mask and rinsing it off, you could use that first. You can use your Hi Bright in the eye area. Your other products should be used at night, always use serums first, before creams.

Thank you for your excellent question. You would be the best judge of your needs, (we would suggest you incorporate all three in your regimen). Retinol is the gold standard for anti-aging, Vitamin C specifically targets wrinkles, and Collagen will aid with both firming and fine lines and wrinkles.
I just received my Reverse Lift Firming Eye Cream. It doesn’t really explain where you can put this cream. It just says around eye. I’ve read reviews that say they used it on the eyelid itself which is what I would like to do but with no clear directions for use and no video to watch, I’m not sure what to do. I have been thru sooo many eye creams and was hoping this one would be the one. Please give me some clearer instructions. I have one very droopy eyelid and crepyniss on both eyes

No, we are sorry but you would not put the eye cream on the pillow area that closes when you blink. You can put the product on the brow bone area (well above the crease).
I need help again. I applied the “A-Force XR Time-Released Nanoencapsulated Retinol Serum” then “A-Cream XR Time-Released Nanoencapsulated Retinol Cream” as instructed in the Age defying resurfacing kit I recently purchased. After they are applied when I touch my face it seems to rub off or have a film. I washed my face again then reapplied and made sure to let the serum dry completely before adding the cream…same outcome. what am I doing wrong or not doing??

Are you starting with a perfectly clean face? If so, you should try using much less of the A-force and the A-cream.
You’re absolutely correct. To bad I didnt realize until I used almost half the bottle. A little goes a long way!
I need advise on what products best suit my situation. I am 40 with oily skin. I have a job where I sweat a lot. I do not wear any makeup when working as it would be pointless. I feel my pores are becoming congested due to all the sweating and toxins from sweating. I happen to love glycolic acid as it clears up pimples but do not know if these products are good for congested pores. I have tried the C line and due to the oil in my skin it did not work for me. Any suggestions? Thank you!

You should be using the SSC Glycolic Cleanser, it is great for clearing your pores. You can also try the Glycolic 3 Mask, up to 3 times a week.
Love ssc products but have so many am confused on what and when or if I need them all. Please help. I’,m 65 years old with usual wrinkles and sagging skin. These are the products I have: Both glycolic and A cleansers, firma face xr, reverse lift 3 products and recenly purchased the ssc detailer with a-force xr and a force 4 million iu cream xr. I just don’t know what to do with them all or if I need them all. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for loving our products, and sorry that you are now confused about how to use them all. Please relax, you don’t have to use everything at the same time. Feel free to rotate, you should get the same great benefits. In general terms, cleanse twice a day, follow up with serum(s), and then creams. FirmaFace goes before your other products. Use as a mask and then splash it off.
I ordered the TSV (Age-Defy Resurfacing Kit). I’ve used the A wash gel-to-foam cleanser twice a day for the last 4 days and it hasn’t foamed. It goes on as a gel and stays that way even after massaging into skin with warm water per instructions. Is it possible I’ve gotten a bad bottle? I have many of your products and have never had a problem. Also, I’ve never received the beauty book I oftem hear and read about, where can I purchase it.

I bought the XR kit for tightening and the last Beauty Book kit. I’m at a loss. Everything says to use on a clean face. I also use the XR Force under my makeup after I clean my skin. Now, I’m totally confused. Should I not use the XR Force any more? I have glyconic cleanser and recently read that it cancels out retinol. So, I don’t use the glyconic cleanser any more. I love the Drench, but I have no idea when to use it. I have Morning C which I love, but now I don’t know what to do at night!

Sorry for your confusion. Just use your serums first, then apply your creams. You don’t have to use them all on the same day, just rotate them. You can continue to use your A Force under your creams. You can use your C Morning Magic every other night and try some of the creams from your Beauty Book on alternating nights.
Hi..I just received one of the “Beauty Books” from Serious Skin Care. I have read and re-read the product guide, but am very confused about the recommended use of each product on a daily basis. Is there a way to put together a “Book” of products for people, by age, which only includes the daily products and routines..with a rational method of use. For example: cleansing, repair, serum, creams or moisturizers. Give us a sample schedule of use so that we get the maximum benefit, without guess

You make a great suggestion. In the past, we have offered regimen kits as you describe. They have not been packaged in the collector boxes though. The Beauty Books have traditionally been used to showcase some of our existing customer favorite products, along with previewing new products.
I have a suggestion that is really a request….could u design the site to enable us to upload our photo or at least describe our skin. And receive a list of recommented products for our skin. Targeted to our age, skin type, and needs.
