I am a 55yo female in Iowa. I had combo (more towards oily) skin growing up so I really do not have TOO many wrinkles,except a light “11″ and heavy eyelids and a bit of undereye loose skin.Now in menopause I am noticing my skin drying out.Was using Serious Skin Care from HSN,but seems like it is for younger skin.So,I just ordered some “Adrienne” stuff…WISH ME LUCK!!!I so want to glow again!!Don’t get out much & when I do I want to look AMAZING!Seems like she helps the more mature skin.HOPE SO!

HI.I noticed that you mentioned “bumps on the skin”.I have been searching for someone who sounds like has the same problem as I do!Do you have like little tiny whiteheads that are way under the skin?They never surface?If so,did Adrienne’s “Vanilla products” work on them?I cannot stand them,but have never found anything to help!!
I tried your Tears of Beauty and like it very much. I’d now like to try the 8 butters hoping it will be on sale 2/5/11, it would also be great if it could also be purchased as part of a kit, as I’m terrible at putting colors together. I am combination skin and always have trouble finding makeup that doesn’t fall into lines or off the face altogether. Looking forward to your next visit. Is it okay to wear 8 butters without using a moisturizer also? The option would be great for summer.
Adrienne, I am wondering if you will ever be able to bring back the Caviar & Champagne Rich Girl cologne. I can honestly say I’ve never used a fragrance I loved as much as it. How I hope you can! I am a big fan of signature club a vitamin C products. Last year I purchased two jars of Hyaluronic silicone line filling makeup that I love. I had a problem with it’s consistency, it would form a unblendable mess on my face with little pieces of the makeup sitting on the surface of my skin. Did anyone else have a similar experience? I hope the problem with this particular formula is corrected because I did love this makeup’s performance in the past. Sincerely Fran
Hello: I first tried the Rapid C kit I got some months ago in the dead of a bitterly cold Maine winter. I am 53 years old. This stuff rocks. Love the Mousse Cleanser, the night cream and the C capsules. The morning eye treatment feels so cool as thr roller ball depuffs nicely. I think the “gold” day cream looks lovely on the skin, but I did notice that it stung if I got it near my eyes. Overall, I am very impressed. Thank you. That night cream especially — rich, but it sinks right in.
I have been using Signature Club A for the last 7 years and I am quite satisfied with the product. My SCA Personal PK Dec 2010 is being returned because it seems the last few have been all cleansing and cream products,enough already. Please in the next one thing of makeup, blush, eye pencil, you get my drift. Thanks for your consideration.

I received your Fat Lashes Clinging Silk mascara in one of your kits. Love it. I have very short, blonde lashes. Other volumizing mascaras seem to thin out my lashes, while lengthening, not this one. I don’t see that you sell it on its own. Can you? If I have one complaint, its that the wand is a little short.

Hi I have your Take Along Makeup kit…I have enjoyed most of your products this far…However, I love love your eyeshadow in that blue kit! Do you have your eye shadows in bigger quantity? I love the lighest cream and the lightest browns…please offer eyes shadow in seperate compacts, please it is the best I have ever used! thank you
I have many of your products. I don’t like when your face creams have fragrance in them. One of the products I have: Tears of Beauty Mastiha Anti-Wrinkle SPF 20 Day Cream, I can’t use at all because the fragrance is too annoying. It’s a total waste.

I bought this cream and it smells like another cream. However, this is the worst cream ever. It made my face look oily and it did nothing for mouth lines at all. I don’t know what kind of camera they use, but I have had it with false advertising and hostesses saying how wonderful it is when it is not.
I’ve been using your products since 1994. My all time favorite was the Vanilla Bean Scrub which I used with your Skin Specialist machine kit. I stocked up on on the Scrub and Machines but ran out of the scrub eventually. Those machine kits were ahead of their time as I’m seeing so many brands come out years later with a much much higher cost. I miss the VANILLA BEAN SCRUB so much. Nothing else I tried works as good as it. Please bring it back***** Please

Please bring back the body lotions and hair gels and french vanilla fragrance and the srubs. I miss the caviar body lotions too. Your kits used to be full of great stuff and now it is so minimized and scaled back. It is harder for people to stay with the line when they love something and it goes away for good. Yes new is good and innovative but loyal customers would like old favorites to remain available too. Hsn should also be promoting this for their customers.
Adrienne, I wanted to thank you for the 5E and retinol caps, lift, face wash and make up kit. What a great gift (to myself). I have been using this cream since my 30’s. Tried other products over the years but always go back to that cream. I never use anything else anymore. I love the caps, too! Now in my late 40’s I appreciate all you taught me about caring for my skin. It paid off! Happy New Year
Adrienne, I love your Wrinkle Filament and Vit C treatments and makeup, meltdowns and your Lemon Verbena Body Creme; however, I do miss the concealer trio or concealer illuminate kits. Would you consider offering these seperately? I only see them online in the Butters or Wet Jet Tech kits.
Adrienne, This was not my first purchase. I purchased the Platinum ElectroCharged beauty treatments kit, I am so impressed. I am 67 and after severe health problems, my skin seemed to have aged 20 years in the past 12 months. I had a healthy glow after a week of using these new products. Please consider developing a line of products to help our arms and hands. You are making us still feel beautiful no matter what our age, what can we use on our arms & hands? Please include more SPF foundations. I am older with oily skin, and it works so much better if I just use a serum and a foundation with SPF, rather than lots of layers of products.

I’ve been using your products for many years and love them. I used to love a hair gel you had for 40 and over. It was the best gel I ever used and I have very thin, fine hair. You don’t offer it anymore on HSN and I was wondering if you still made it and if I could still get it. Please let me know. I’ve e-mailed HSN a couple times but never got an answer. Thanks

Over the last two days I have been trying the Argan Oil line and the wonderful Vitamin C collection. I love it all and so does my mum. In the Argan oil take along kit I got was a fabulous lipstick called Argan Lip Color #8. I have never used a lipstick that was such a beautiful color. I have searched the website and cannot find how to reorder this (my mum wants one). In reading the description of the kit I got it doesn’t promise this specific shade. Is there a way to buy it again? Thank you
Adrienne, I like the Retinol Wrinkle Penetrating Capsules and was able to buy it separate and now it seems to only available in a kit. Why can’t this be sold by it self as I am not interested in the other items in the kit? I am getting close to needing to order it and I will not order a whole kit just to get one of the items. This is a waste of my money. I think that all of your products should be able to be order separately. Please consider this with HSN and make this option available to us.
Adrienne, I just ordered the Jet Tech makeup, I can’t wait to try it, I have been a customer of yours for many years, after the death of my boyfriend I was unable to purchase anything because of financial problems, now I see HSN takes paypal, which is great for me and the flex pay makes it more affordable, also you look beautiful everytime I see you on the show. Adrienne, I would just like to know what makeup you would recommend for a woman of color (Hispanic)..Most the makeups you show, are on white models..So they probably wont have the same effect on me? Please let me know..I have never used your makeup since they don’t seem suitable for darker skin..But I did order your new line with the platinum..(It has a little makeup kit included.) It does sound remarkable..
Adrienne, I’ve been a faithful user of your line since the 70’s during your dept. store days. Really love your products and have been able to mix and match for the best combo’s for my skin. I tried the lash conditioner and it’s *FAB-U-LOUS* but it seems to no longer be offered. It came with a heated lash curler, though the curler didn’t do much for my stick-straight lashes, the conditioner has been the best thing I’ve found for maintaining their suppleness. Please don’t let that go away!

I love your products. I use the rapid transport C line and Argan Oil line. I’m 46 a new Grandmother! My daughter is 25 and all the time people think we are sisters! I’m sure genetics play apart in it too, but I’ve been using your products for a long time and they are a important part of it also. You are a kind, beautiful person.
