We know you wanted to share how you feel about these exciting new fragrances and we know you want to read other customer’s comments as well. You told us you want to give us specific feedback that you just couldn’t give with the voting poll, so we created this blog exclusively for you, our Customer Voice customer.
We hope you are enjoying Shea Butter with Italian Citrus. We also hope you are enjoying the change in products you received. Please tell us what you think. What I love about our new Shea Butter Citrus is that it is still our same, ultra-hydrating Shea…but now, a new crisp citral – lemon/lime note – has been added! This is particularly great if you like a fresher scent, as opposed to a warm almond or coconut. OR…… even if you just want to “change” from time to time, like I do! I change my routine often – which I find FUN – using citral, floral, spice, or whatever! Skip loves it too because it is a perfect scent for both men and women.

I am so excited to see Perlier now offering the exact configuration
of the Double Latte Bath/Shower Cream x3 w/the Body Crm.&a puff sponge! I have been BEGGING for a larger size of the bath/shower crm. This is just as good, offering 3xthe bath/shower crm.w/the body crm.&a puff sponge! I will be ordering this configuration like crazy because I am the one who has requested the “55-gallon drum” size of the Double Latte Bath/Shower Cream! Thank you, thank you,

Shea with citrus was an all around, emphatic NO WAY,NO HOW purchase. Smelled like cat urine–everyone I came in contact with made a negative comment about who/where was the obnoxious odor coming from. I was mortified and said the neighbor’s cat sprayed my back door and I was having difficulty removing the odor. Then someone used the liquid soap and I was busted!!!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THE SHEA BUTTER WITH ITALIAN CITRUS. PLEASE KEEP MAKING IT!
I really like the fragrance. But when it comes to what I put on my body (the soaps, body washes and shampoos) I would prefer items that are sulfate free. You have some great products.
Wow! SHOCKING any votes were made. Someone should notice how many people voted vs how many items purchased. Also compare to how many total votes other CV scents have received. I checked this page since I received the product 1/25/10 every other day and voting was not available. Wrote to CS but NO response. No doubt Skip, Amanda and HSN are happy with the results but why even have voting if not everyone subscribed will be allowed to voice their opinion in the CUSTOMER VOICE program???

On 3 Mar 10, I found the Cherry Blossom package on the steps of my deck. I am afraid that my dog got the package and ran off with it! Sorry about that! I have been using it for the past 3 days and really like it. It is not overpowering and smells nice!
Sorry, i missed the voting but I just wanted to say a few words about the products. I absolutely love the shea butter and citrus hand wash and cream. the smell of fresh citrus greets me everytine I use it, and the lotion makes my hands so soft. My 6 year old son loves the soap and cream. And having such a hard and cold winter , using the lotion on my chapped hands makes the winter a little bit more bearable and makes me look forward to summer.
I’m sorry I missed voting, but I wanted to let you know how I felt about your product. I would give it a five stars except that I felt the fragrance is not quite on track for me. It smells like grapefruit and not the other citrus fragrances as I expected. I love lime, orange, and lemon and maybe when combined this is the fragrance that you get. I will not purchase this product again. I love many of your other products though, thanks for making them available to us through HSN.
Sorry I missed the vote. I was still trying to decide how I felt about the products. I always like shea butter, but I’m not sure about the scent. I think it might be a little too citrus, at least for me. Keep the great products coming. Maybe you could do a Green Tea cologne?
Disappointed that I was late for the vote, as were others. I do love your Shea Butter products and Ditto for this one. I agree with other comments that it smells more like grapefruit than lemon/lime. I also love the feeling of moisturization after I use the liquid soap. Makes my hands feel so soft. You almost don’t need any hand cream.
I liked the citrus shea butter scent but it smells much more like grapefruit than lemon/lime. It is a very strong scent initially and then diminishes after a while. Personally, I think the scent should be MORE SUBTLE to meet more customers’ level of satisfaction and those around them. I already knew I liked the formula because I use the original shea butter hand cream every day. Would like to see this as a summer TS. Please also consider making an unscented version of the shea butter products.

Would NOT buy this product in the future. Fragrance was strong grapefruit, not the lemon/lime that I was expecting. Also hand cream did not absorb and was very greasy.
Loved the Shea Butter Citrus!! It smells like I am washing my hands with grapefruit. Citrus is about the food smell I can handle. What I would really like to see is a Patouli line!! I would also like to get the oil and scent free lotion and body wash again!

disappointed that i couldnt vote as others have also said. rushed home from work this evening, stuck in traffic and then found the poll closed. and apparently closed for some days. im a nurse and thought this would be great instead of the horrid alcohol-based cleansers we have everywhere. i dont like the overwhelming grapefruit scent and several of my patients commented on the scent negatively also. however i love the feeling of both the cleanser and the lotion.
I was both surprised & pleased with the Shea Butter/Citrus products…and very happy to see that they were manufactured WITHOUT BHT & Coumarin. I agree with others that this be put on auto-ship. Also, I think that there are many customers who would be interested in knowing why the voting process ended 19 days early.
I’m dismayed as I looked forward to voting in this poll. The materials said we had until the 28th to vote. I wanted to be sure before I cast my vote so I used the product every day and waited until the 27th to vote only to find the poll closed…. why?
I think the product was equal to other IBB products I have used in the past. The only thing I would like to point is that the grapefruit note is stronger than any other citrus and think it should be called Shea / Grapefruit vs citrus.
Sorry the voting closed early since material received indicated we would have until February 28th. I liked the products very much. The consistancy of the hand cream is one of the best. I liked the scent in general, but the grapefruit is most obvious; would probably like the lemon, lime and orange to be more evident.
Oh my! I was hoping to vote on your product and am dismayed (as are many below) that the voting was closed so early! I’ve only had the product a couple of weeks but made an effort to use it daily. I love the way it makes my hands feel – the soap does a good job of eliminating odors and the lotion moisturizes quite well. I love citrus fragances but this one has too much of the pith which I think makes it too bitter smelling. Remove some of it and I think you will have a winner.

as well as myself. The hand cream is wonderful as always and the citrus scent for both
the soap and handcream even helps with onion smells on the hands as well as after cooking fish. I will be purchasing both.

The hand cream is a lovely medley of citrus flavours but the grapefriut is a little overwhelming
The soap has a very pungent scent when it comes out of the container. I think it’s great that you can also use it on your face but I don’t think I want my face smelling like a grapefruit
I love the consistency of all the products and how they make your skin feel. I don’t dislike these 2 citrus scents but it sure isn’t one of my favourites
Love the fresh citrus fragrance. The hand soap left my hands feeling silky, fresh and clean. The shea butter and the frangrance of the Itaian Citrus in the hand cream soaked into my dry skin making it feeling so soft.
I was sorry to see that voting ended early. I LOVE the Organic Shea Butter with Italian Citrus! I was so impressed with both the performance of both products and the exceptional scent, that I passed it on to several family members for their feedback. My family members all LOVED both products just as I did. Especially those with very dry skin. The hand wash works as an excellent body wash also. All females and males LOVED the scent. We all felt that it was hard to stop smelling our hands!!
Why the early cut-off on the voting? Love the shea butter moisturizing. The citrus is a bit too pungent and bitter for my taste. Would have liked it better if a little sweeter. Very grape-fruity smelling, not much of the other citrus. Probably wouldn’t order again although I love your regular grapefruit scent.
