I started SSC 15 years ago; right when I was hired as Director of Focus on Health and Beauty in The Denver Post. In June I had to say goodbye for my husbands new job. Yet during those yrs., countless woman-many Mall Cosmetic reps-? me what skin care I used?
I told one lady…Serious Skin Care..and She said, ” I can tell…. what kind?

Hi, this is kind of embarrassing, but I am sure I am not in the same position. I am medial stature and live in hot Puerto Rico.
My problem being outside in the yard a lot is between my breasts.
I sweat a lot there and have gotten small warts. Do you have anything for between the breasts to eliminate the small warts?

I have many of your product lines and keep rotating how I use them depending on my skin, climate, etc. What is the shelf life of your products as I cannot find any expiration dates on anything. I use the continuously clear wash, resveratral, plant stem cell products,intsa gleam body cream and the super mel C products. Thanks for any advice and info. Kelly

The 30% off coupons from your anniversary shows are very misleading. They say 30% off on your next Serious Skin Care purchase of $50 or more. HSN customer service told me it actually means 30% off any $50+ single item. I was really looking forward to using it towards my combined $100 purchase of your products, but it won’t work. Quite deceptive. If it’s only for a single item, that needs to be stated on the coupon. Thank you.

The intention of the coupon was to assist our customers in purchasing a single kit or item priced at $50 for 30% off, which is a significant discount. A great suggestion: The new Resveratrol Drench 4 piece kit is eligible for the discount.
Shame on SSC for not honoring the coupon for any purchase made over $50.00 ! The coupon did NOT state SINGLE purchase. There are no kits over $50.00 with Dry-lo in it(for my teenagers acne), so I bought 2 kits with the total being over $67.00 but I was not allowed to use coupon. Customer service could not help me. I was very upset, I canceled my order. SSC please make this right.

Not all of our products are available in kits that are priced at $50 or more, and we are sorry that the item you needed was not available for the discounted price.
I just spoke with your company regarding the consistancy of step 1 to the c-extreme results product. It is rock hard (which I do not believe it’s suppose to be) and therefore extremely difficult to get out of the jar. I understand it is suppose to be similar to that of a salt, body scrub, but definitely isn’t. Customer reviews also address this problem. You may want to check into this and try to solve, if possible. It came in a set with the large c-body moisturizer that’s on clearance.

I have very sensitive skin and was wondering if your laser hair remover it a fit for me. I am black person so can I use the laser hair remove and will it burn my skin. I would like to use it on my upper lip area. Have you ever have any black customer ever complain of any problem with your products.
I don’t have sensitive skin and the laser pen burned my upper lip. If I were you, I would test it on a very small part of my lip to see if it burns before applying it to my entire upper lip. But the liquid laser worked wonders on my legs and I love it!!
I have absolutely fallen in love with you Olive Oil line of products. I’m covered from head to ankles – do you plan to introduce something for the feet from your olive oil line? I hope so – THEN I WOULD BE COVERED FROM HEAD TO TOE!

That is a trademarked name. Many of our products do contain peptides. You can click on the ingredients tab to see the contents of any of our products.
I use a lot of SSC products;however one of my favorites is the Firma Face. I recently went to a wake/funeral for my aunt and I knew there would be alot of family members there that have not seen me in several years. I figured I better use my Firma Face.I got several compliments on my skin. During the mass I began to cry and every time I did I could feel my skin getting tighter. I believe that when the funeral was over my skin was still as fresh as when I arrived.
I agree with you I have used many, many products and believe that firma face is actually magic. I have recommended it to others and it makes an amazing difference.

I purchased the resveratrol drench pads, however, they are slightly dry. Is there a fluid I can pour into the container such as water or grape juice to make them more wet/moist?

Same with me. The pads are very dry and I feel that the pads are not saturated enough for the maximum effect. I even have them turned upside in the cabinent and this still does not Hell. HELP!

I have been using SSC cleansing products for about three years and just started using the mineral make-up, I love, love, love them!!! I am still using a glycolic acid firming pad and damage reverse pad to fade spots from another line. Do you have a similar products??? Also, I keep hearing of this coupon, how do I get one?? I order many itmes form SSC on HSN!!

I don’t know about all of my SSC fellow users, but I would love to see a Cleansers only kit(no creams or anything with it!). Not the regular size cleansers but all of your big sizes together. That is what I seem to need constantly and would love to try all your different cleansers. Thanks…

I am a 26 yrs old and new customer to SSC. I ordered the A-NAno Defy age regimin kit for anniversay. I also purchased it with the Replicate/Renew stem cell cream. I’m not sure if Im using all the product correctly. I am using in this order: Serum, R/R cream, A-nano cream, A-nano eye cream? I am actually liking the texture of the R/R cream a little better. Is there any other products that would be great for my aging skin rather that A-Nano line? am I using the products correctly?

You are already using them in the correct order. At your age, the A line is recommended. Also, we recommend adding a good antioxidant like Coq10 or Super Mel C or Seramins.
I am one of those who are disappointed with the coupon 30% . The thrue is that You don’t have nice big kit with continuously clear items that I like !!!and when I put in my bag items that are in total of $100 and I can’t use the discount – its just not fair .
I am the loyal costumer but the next time when You have coupons just state clearly the ruls …..
