I odered the Glucosamine Kit by accidnet, however I do like it. I’m 37, normal skin, except around the nose (glasses). I have used skin care since my early 20’s. I always use something stronger than what I might need. I’ve been using another line on HSN but it’s just too greasy. What full line/poducts would you please recommend for me? I do have puffiness under the eyes and loose lids.(Genetic- very bad bags and darkness) Thank you very much!

I ran across the cucumber eye treatment pads at a “discount” store and bought all three jars. 2 for me and 1 for my mom.They are presoaked pads that look like cucumbers with a little tweezer. Do you sell this item still and on here?

Please come with enough of your “SPECIAL” that we all can get a chance to buy it and not just the people who are up all night while working people have to sleep. I was so disappointed over the last show and your first kit selling out within about 6 hours after midnight…and I even had it in my cart, but HSN will not hold items.
You know how we love your kits, so, I beg of you, come prepared or at least give a second date to ship same kit so all your customers get a chance to buy.

I love your products but am sad to see how upset your long term customers and new customers are over the coupons that came with the last today’s special. In reading the reviews I too could see where others would have been very confused as my understanding was that it was 30% off of a total order of $50 or more … not each individual item having to be $50. Jennifer, please do something about this. Your customers love you for your down to earth approach. Please make this right.

SSC is not a gluten free line, although not all of the products contain gluten. You can click on the ingredients tab to see a full list of ingredients for each item. Thank you for posting.
I can’t seem to find the Liquid Laser for the body (super size), just the kit with the Face Laser — which I don’t find works. Are you planning on selling the big body laser separately or re-stocking soon? It’s summer!

Am I blind !!! I can’t fine Olive OIl Moisture Cream for face and neck. I have been using this for years. I am 70 years old and it is the best cream I have ever used. I am trying to buy it but only see it in the kits. Please, please don’t tell me it is discontinued.

Very disappointed with 30% coupons received with recent purchases. The coupons can only be used with a $50 dollar plus purchase on-line. However, there is not much choice, since most SSC sets are $49.95 or $49(plus change). I called SSC customer service and was referred to HSN–HSN referred me back to SSC customer service. So much for 30% off.
The other 30% off coupon can be used in June; will wait and see what Jennifer has to offer with her next program.

I would suggest either our olive oil replenishing oil for the body, or our Rulinea hand cream, which can also be used on your arms.
Jennifer, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t put directions to products on the backs of the jars in a color we can’t see to read!! White on orange is a graphics disaster! Those of us who need reading glasses STILL can’t read teh directions. It makes me want to throw the product way rather than have to try to find the directions on line. Please be sure to include clear READABLE directions to the products on the jars. Thank you.

I must say that up until the last 2-3 yrs I’ve been very hit and miss on facial skin care. Probably about 8 mos ago I started caring about me again after a very devastating divorce. Part of that is due to your products and you. Sometimes I would have to return items due to the fact I just didn’t have the money to buy groceries. Just watching you I find to be just a hoot. You have so much fun in what you do. Trust me when I say my skin has never looked better. Thank you.

Care Olive Oil Kit for dry skin I look fabulous. The product is not
greasy it absorbes right into the skin. The olive oil skin cream

Just tried to purchase some skin care products from the CC line using 30% off coupon I got with your last today’s special. I am disappointed that I can’t use the coupon unless I purchase ONE item at least $50. The coupon does not say single item purchase nor was this emphasized while airing the today’s special. I thought as long as my subtotal of your products was at least $50, I was good. One reason I got the today’s special was b/c of coupon. Love your products and am loyal customer but bummed

Very disappointed in the current 30% coupon. I feel the coupon was misrepresented in it’s advertising. The fact that the coupon is only good on a SINGLE item purchase was never mentioned in all the hype. I think all were led to believe that you could purchase any combination of products as long as it totaled $50 or more. I was ready to do a lot of shopping with SSC using my coupon. Now it sits on the shelf and I have ordered nothing.

So sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the coupon. We were trying to give you the maximum savings on items that were more costly, providing a great opportunity to try some items that may have been beyond reach before.
Just started using SSC: Super Creamerum & Super Eye Creamerum is changing the appearance of my skin in just two weeks. The wrinkles around my eyes are 50% less -how can this be? No one will believe it so just get some for yourself -it’s wonderful. My favorite is the “A Cream XR SPF 30 with retinol – it melts into my skin as soon as it is applied and really works to prevent sunburn. Not greasy at all. Looking forward to trying your “C” line: C-No Wrinkles, etc. I’m definitely lookin’ better.

Please bring back the A-Nano kits with the serum, eye cream, day and night creams and gel cleanser! It’s a great value to purchase that kit. To buy all of those products separately is very expensive! :)

What happened to the Calstrum face cream? It was awesome, and I can’t find it anymore. The Calstrum eye cream irritated my eye area, and left whelps. The Calstrum face cream was smooth and made my skin feel moisturized and firm. I am totally out of the face cream. Have you cancelled it? Unfortunately I am going to have to find another line of face cream if you guys have quit making the Calstrum face cream (not eye cream – FACE cream). Please let me know as soon as possible.

I also tried to use the 30% off coupon and agree that it was not clear. I was so excited because I already needed to place an order. I purchase one kit, one BOGO, and two individual items and received no discount on anything because it said that none of the items in my cart were eligible for the discount. I spent well over $50 and would still like the 30% off.
Your products are still amazing. Just might want to be careful with your coupon advertising.

So if you cannot use the coupon on kits or things already on sale… What items do you have that you can use the coupon on? I was not able to find any big ticket items that I was interested in. I am in my 30’s and don’t need some miracle cream but I am a loyal customer and love the kits. Both my son and I use your products but your standard answer with no explanation is not acceptable. You should at least explain why the coupon was not accepted.
SeriousFriend, please bring back Unplugged. I love the spray. I just finished my last bottle and it seems to be no longer available on HSN.com or seriousskincare.com. I hope it is just temporarily out of stock. I like to purchase the twin pack. I buy 3 or 4 at a time from HSN.com. It balances the skin and is refreshing. I hope to see it available very soon.

Your 30% off coupon is a joke. My coupon states save 30% off your next purchase of $50.00 or more.When I tried to use the coupon it would not take it. I was told by hsn each item had to be over 50.00. You dont hardly have items over 50.00 each. How are you to use the coupon {were not I guess}.You better be more clear with your coupons in the furture.

Hello, I haven’t been successful in finding products to successfully improve the appearance of the obvious vertical lines/wrinkles on my neck. I’ve had the vertical wrinkles for several years & have been treating my neck for years. I experienced a premature menopause & was 100 post-menopausal @ age 39. I’m not overweight, but my neck must have extra skin, which manifests as vertical wrinkles. I keep my neck hydrated @ all times & apply 3 skin tightening serums/creams. Any suggestions?

For the neck, we have Correc-Chin and Reverse Lift Neck products. Have you tried them both? Also our A line, with retinols, which is designed for fighting wrinkles.
Jennifer, I can’t begin to tell you how upset and dissapointed I am in the coupon that was included in the last TODAYS SPECIAL. It was advertised as being good for 30% off the next $50 SSC purchase and was promoted as a huge incentive to get the kit. When attempting to use the coupon, the representative at HSN told me that it is only good on a SINGLE ITEM PURCHASE(Kits > $50) This was HUGELY MISREPRESENTED!!!! I use alot of your products but now am SERIOUSLY reconsidering any future purchases

Wow, I can’t believe they didn’t post my comments. I was also complaining about the coupons and I guess I was right that they were trying to trick all of us and they didn’t even put my comments here. Be aware, they pick and choos what shows here. I bet they won’t put this commnet here as well. No more SSC products for me. I am canceling all the auto ships. No ethics what so ever.

There are no plans at this time to bring back the A-coverage, but we might suggest that you try the new Serious Colour, which has excellent coverage.

Hello!I use the XR Firma Face every single day!I love the hints that you give. I put FirmaTox w/Calstrum before the makeup which is light enough for my skin, though I like the idea of a pink tinge as older women are sallow-faced.The Drench pads actually made a bruise disappear!The olive oil is wonderful. I use the Drench and cream on my hands as well.The little star bathers are delightful and smell great!I have way too much of your product, but I love it all!
