It is August and I feel like the summer has just begun. I am really enjoying the relaxed pace of summer but sadly it will soon be over. I have been spending a lot of time with my family and friends and enjoying every minute of it. I hope you have been enjoying your summer too despite the extreme heat.
But August is the time of year when we start to think about getting our skin , makeup and wardrobe ready for the cooler weather. Hopefully no one has done any sun damage to her skin and you have been wearing your sunscreen every day, I know I do.

Feel the thickness of the skin in the different parts of your face; there is a difference between the skin you have on your forehead, eyes, cheeks, lower face and neck. A general cream, lotion or serum that is not “site specific” will not attack the specific problems of the lower face and neck. I have been using your products for 17 years. You are always on the cutting edge of beauty technology. I truly love your line. I have one request. Years back you had a scrub for feet and I think it was called goodbye crocodile skin (or something similar). Anyway the stuff was great. I haven’t been able to find anything even close to it. WOULD YOU PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!! PLEASE PLEASE!!!

I started using your products about 18 months to 24 months ago. Mostly the 5 essential cream and the argan products. I was so pleased with the 5 essential cream that I gave a jar to my mother and my sister. My mother had an immediate skin reaction of burning which surprised me because I am very fair and a redhead so I am the one who is very sensitive. I open a new jar last week and had the same reaction and worse – now my sister is afraid to try it. Did you change manufacturer?
I couldn’t Love this cream more if it were free!! It is fabulous and it works! I need this on autoship. I really am amazed that I found something that works for that weird chicken neck and those rings. Thanks Adrianne keep this one coming our way, because try as I may I can’t find it to order it.

Hi Adrienne, I LOVE watching you on HSN because you are the only one that targets the over 50 set ( I fall in that group ) you use the older models and we can all see the results. I have tried many of the different product lines—saw nothing.
So far I have tried your Retinol Wrinkle capsules, love them they make my skin smooth and I can see results. I have the Scaffold repair coming today can’t wait. I am saving up for your make up

I have always loved the meltdowns and the 5 essentials…but my skin is changing, and I’m wondering if you somehow changed the formula for 5 essentials cream? I’m breaking out from it now and I don’t know what to do…the cream looks like it has a sheen now that it didn’t have before. Please let me know. thank you

The 5 Essentials Creme formula has not changed but skin over time often changes. If you are 40 or over you might try our Rapid Transport C Infused Ounce of Gold Volumizing Day Cream SPF 30 and see if your skin reacts better to this cream. I look forward to hearing from you.
Dear Adrienne: LOVE your products. I have an entire 3-drawer dresser in my bedroom absolutely FULL of your products. Several of each one, in fact!!! I’ve always loved your body creams, etc. You are generous in sizes and the scents are just wonderful! I’m wondering if your meltdowns are formulated to deal with today’s waterproof and very long staying power of eye makeup, etc. I’ve used it years ago, but then makeup was so easy to remove compared to the new technology today. By the way, I don’t use foundation (my skin is good) but I’ve enjoyed your makeup as well. Thank you! Aggie

Hi Ladies-I hope you can help me. My only child & only grandchild were killed in a fire 4 years ago. So, I feel so bad on the inside all of the time. But, I keep searching for something that will make my outide look nice. If I can at least look nice on the outside, I will feel better. I have ordered the Vitamin C & the retinol capsules. Have the crepey eyes, many wrinkles around my chin. Would you ladies please recommend things I need to buy to get my face back in shape? Have some sagging.

I have the same problems and just ordered the Lancome Visionaire serum from HSN that promises to help. I will definitely “review” it after I hopefully “see” some difference! Love your Jet Wet Tech set. Please make a small version of the powder to keep in a purse. I also love your skin care products but you address the wrinkles but not age spots. Please come up with a skin care product for age spots and make more lip colors proper for us seniors

Please, Please, I’m begging you PLEASE, I so miss your Champagne and Caviar Body fragrance (Rich Girl) and the slicing bar of soap you used to have. Is there any way we could see these products again? Maybe a head to toe, bath and body kit with shampoo/conditioner, styling gel, slicing soap, body moisturizer, meltdown and body mist all scented with champagne and Caviar??? I have so many fragrances but none I love as much as how I remember loving this scent.

I have used Adrienne’s products for too many years to count. I have tortured my skin with sun,wind,environment & sad to say-bad skin care habits. Her products make it simple & they really make a difference. I love her rapid C collections & have to keep stocked up. My boyfriend is 52 & uses alot of the creams,capsules,even the wrinkle fill. He does look great so love the double up kits. Soon my daughter will use make up & she will use this line since she was brought up using the skin care line.

Please comment on one of your shows comparing your three platinum products, the roll on, the capsules, and the new cream. I was using a combination of the roll on and capsules and was very happy with the results. How does the new cream compare to the capsules? Are they the same ingredient?
Glad you are getting good results from our Platinum capsules and Magnetic Uplift. The new Lower Face and Neck contains special ingredients for the thicker skin on that area and should be incorporated into your routine if you have beauty issues with your lower face and neck area.

Hello, I was wondering if you plan to come out with makeup that cater to women of color or women of darker complexion? There may be some who use your skin care products, but the makeup you have, particularly in sets, are mostly for those with light to medium skin tones. My complexion has a tan/caramel tone. I can get away with the Nefratti bronzed powder makeup, but that’s it.

We are glad that you love our products and we try very hard to make them affordable. Many of the kits are on flex pay so we hope that makes them more affordable.
I have been using the morracan oil products. Are these the best choice for seriously dry aging skin? I still must use a heavy face and neck cream at night to prevent flaking and peeling. Thanks!
The Moroccan Argan Oil products are excellent for dry aging skin.
You might consider adding the Vitamin C products to your beauty routine and alternate them with the Argan products if you are over 40 years old.

In one of your recent showings you offered a small kit of your Argan oil products for a good low price.
Oh how they helped my face in a time of need. I started itching under my neck and eventually my whole face broke out in redness and some wierd spots. I was traveling at the time but brought the Argon along me on my trip. They saved the day ! I used the night time caps first and then the day cream and eye oil. Wowie, what a blessing
