Have used your products for many years and have been generally please. I must say I am disappointed that the multiceutical wrinkle blaster is no longer available. I have truly enjoyed using it and have felt a smoother feel to my face. I am nursing my last little bit hoping it will just last. Will it possibly be back?
NEED ADVICE on what to take for international flight for 2 week vacation. Use & love many SCA products. Especially love capsules–alternate C caps with Argan oil caps for night, use Retinol plumping caps for day along with any of the SCA day creams that have spf protection & for undereye area, fab eye caps or Argan oil. My dilemma: Can I take enough of these products in carry-on luggage? The rules are awfully hard on women who want to take good care of their skin. Any help will be appreciated.
Adrienne, are you bringing back your wonderful mascara? It is the best I have used, and I have used several others at HSN. Also, I just have a few of the Nature’s Color Lift Capsules left and they were cancelled from my autoship. Are you going to bring them back or something similar? I use all your makeups & I use the capsules when I am in a hurry or want light coverage, especially this time of year. I use them & a little gold radiance baked powder. My face lookes great and can breathe!
I use many of your products and am very grateful for them. I have tried the new Argonne oil oasis day cream and do not like it as well as the old one. I do hope you will keep the old one. It is one of my favorites of everything you do. I do like the new Argonne Oil capsules, much more hydrating and I do like the new serum. The eye cream has always irritated my eyes. I am desperately seeking the No Transfer Eye Wand. I have purchased it on and off for years. Every time I see it appear in a kit, I buy the whole kit. It is the perfect neutral shade for my skin. I put it on the whole lid and crease.

Thank you for your recommendation of alternating days between your C-line and the Argon oil line. Also, I love the feel of both lines & especially the new Electro Charge capsules. I’m trying to get used to the make-up products I just bought & am wondering what I should use to apply the 8 butters creamy make-up. I’m 68 years w/good skin & use plenty of skin care/antiaging products but little make-up. This particular make-up came w/kit & I’m wondering if this is what you’d recommend for me.
I see that your products are for over 40 I am 37. I have had a very stressful last 15 yrs which hasn’t been kind to my face. I smoked for years, have lost firmness and have fairly deep “smile” lines, my crows feet are fairly bad also. The tone and texture of my face is very uneven and bothersome. At 27 I was started on HRT due to losing ovaries, ever since it’s been an up-hill battle with my skin. I have tried many products. What do you recommend, are your products too strong for me? THANKS!

You might start by trying our Precious Moroccan Argan Oil products, and then integrating some of the over 40 products since you have a medical condition that caused your skin issues and created premature aging of your skin.

Made 1st purchase of your favorite skin products-RTC DBL Radiant kit & Platinum Electro Charged Skin Support Caps
and received 5/25/11 – used that night and loved the feel of my skin! Also, ordered & recv’d on 5/26/22, your Moroccan Argon Oil Kit and used that last night!
I think I purchased too many products! In both kits, there is a moisturizer and night creme and caps. What order should I use these? My skin loves the C transport-should I save the Argan Oil for later?

You should use the Platinum Capsules on clean skin under the night cream that you use whether it is Vitamin C or Argan. You can alternate the use of the products.. Use your C regimen for a few days and then switch to your Argan products. They will complement one another

Thank you so much for response & info on shampoo. I’ve recently been using the C line you recommended w/the 72-year-old woman, but thought that perhaps the Argan Oil might take it a notch up. I’m in the process of changing my skin-care line to SCA ’cause I believe SCA has more to offer women over & beyond their 40s & well into 70s. My intent is to use C products in the daytime & Argan Oil Kit in the evening. Is this a good plan? Thank you for all your help.
That is a fine way to use the products or you may wish to use the C products for a few days and then switch to the Argan, that is what I do.And it works for me.

No we do not accept returns as we sell our products to HSN and you purchased your items from them. we have no capability to accept returns or sell products directly to you. Sorry! But try what I suggested and see what happens.

Adrienne, I purchased your platinum capsules yesterday. First purchase from you. Like many women in their 40s, I have become discouraged at the many products I have tried, and there have been many, and like many women I have a combination of problems, still get breakouts, while getting wrinkles and sagging. You might try our Rapid Transport C line that is designed for over 40 skin. Check it out on the web. I think you will find that it works very well for your skin and in conjunction with the Platinum Capsules.

Have use SCA for many years, but heard recently that some of your products are made in China, want to ordered this visit call and ask 2 CS reps. about this and they could not tell me if this is true or not, they could not tell me where products are made. Please advise because I will not buy if made in China.

LOVE so many of your products, but forgot to ask if a REAL favorite can become a basic. Used to love the shampoo and had a fruity gel thickener/conditioner. Made hair SO shiny, with body, looked great! Could you PLEASE bring back the Vanilla Merinque and the Swiss Chocolate shampoo? Also could you have a gel thickener (to style with like before) in either one of those scents? I was allergic to the perfume in the Argan and the old French Vanilla (TOO strong, got migraine!). My hair misses it!

I have used your line since you were in dept. stores and had a twice a month facial appt. in your salon!REALLY wish you would bring back the (peach colored/scented)foaming GEL Retinol cleanser. STILL have a tiny bit left from Professional sz set(w/vanilla bean scrub!). STILL get compliments when I use my saved little bit! MISS the lg. glow powder compacts that had the stripes of color in either pearlescent(the Transparancies) or golden glow. Made skin SO bright and BEAUTIFUL! LOVED!

Why did Signature Club A stop producing makeup for women of color?
she has change herline,use to buy from her year’s ago,scared to put new stuff on face being am only 49,wish she would bring back some of old stuff she use to have,like mask for your face with the cream.

Could a representative from HSN or one representing the Signature A product line please clarify whether or not the Signature A products are tested on animals? I made a vow to myself and to all fur creatures to never again knowingly use any products that were tested on animals and my conscience won’t let me do otherwise. Some years back I was an avid Adrienne fan–still watch her faithfully on HSN–but had to stop ordering products when I was unable to determine policy on animal testing. Thanks.

Please consider placing that same disclaimer on the website where it is clearly visible for everyone to see & on all of the product containers, as well. Cruelty free is cause for celebration. Principal Secret & Bare Minerals both use that as part of their marketing strategy & it works. I am an avid fan & user of both lines. Main reason? No animal testing!!!
