Hi ladies, I am delighted and thrilled to have my own blog on HSN.com. I love hearing from you on air, and now you can ask me questions directly. My line is created with love, for all women, all shapes, all sizes, all ages. The Rhonda Shear Brand is a project of passion for me.
I lived and worked as an actress/comedienne for 26 years in Los Angeles. This was the reason I wanted to create a line that would make all women look and feel better, whether you are “in front of the camera” or in “front of other soccer moms.” We are multi-tasking, talened, and fabulous women. We juggle quite a bit in our daily life, whether we are executives, students, or moms. We love our “stuff” and we appreciate our private time. And we love to look great and feel great. It is empowering. It is amazing how a fabulous bra and panty can help in that regard! We need underpinnings, but we don’t want them to inhibit our daily routines or lifestyle. We want to feel free and look fabulous at all times.
I am just like you. I have always loved “dressing up” with pretty, stylish clothing. I love getting compliments! No doubt it became a little challenging as the years went on. Choices in the past were less, sizes were hard to find. That is why I love my brand being on HSN. They have something for everyone. Great styles, in all sizes, that are up to the minute looks. My brand is the foundation for those great styles! As we say, “Foundation is where Fashion starts.” And it is true! But we want our foundation to be comfortable and sexy and undetectable.
My background is Hollywood and I was inspired by old Hollywood Glamour. I adore the old films and stars of yesterday. They were ladies, and they loved looking fabulous at all times. They knew how to flirt. They knew that “less is more.” Sexy can be modest…showing just a hint :)
I can’t wait to hear from you. I want to know what you want. I want to hear your feedback. If you are new to my brand, I want to give you some suggestions on how to get started. I know that the “Shapewear” word can “scare” gals. It sounds confining, hot, and uncomfortable. Trust me, I get it! I couldn’t handle that myself! I used to be stuffed into uncomfortable undergarments in my early years of acting in Hollywood. Ugh, it was a nightmare!!! That is when I made a promise to myself to one day design a fabulous line of comfortable, beautiful intimate apparel.
One of the most dreaded garments is “the brassiere”…torture devices initially invented by a man. Well, dread no more, my princesses. I rhonda, wondering if you could make a panty in a longer length. I love wearing skirts and dresses, however my thighs rub together. I have been looking a a cotton panty thats long with no luck. I love you panties, so could you think about it.

Hi Rhonda…when are you going to bring back the butterknit surplice gowns back? I think the number is 231-781. They are shorty nighties. They feel great and look great. I have all three colors-light yellow, peach and white. I wear size small and I am willing to go one size up or down…thats how much I love this product. I have not had a chance to try any other butterknit product because they are all gone. Is there another web site that sells these items? I hope so or I hope you bring them back
I agree, I would have purchased one in every color if inserts were available!!! I love the new colors, this is my new bra (with inserts) for a lifetime. The inserts come out (easy to remove) at night time for me and it is an absolute dream comfort bra to sleep in. Love It I was referring to the leisure bra colors listed today, zebra, swirl, etc
HELP ME !!!!! I have been looking for a FRONT CLOSE SEAMLESS size 50A,DDD,or G. I really HATE the ones with the back support>I just want one because I am disabled AND have many chronic pain conditions.A front close seamless would be a God send.BUT,I can’t find one in my large size. I BEG YOU,PLEASE,make one for girls like me.There are really a LOT of us.I have been looking for 5 ,yes,5 YEARS !! Everytime I think I have one,it’s not in my size ( most only go to a 48 ) or,they are out of stock.
hi Rhonda, i bought the ahh bra first in fall of 2010 I cant wear any other bra I needed paler colors incl white and looked on the HSN site nope never have them in my sizr lg well i called spoke to a rep went back to your site and there they were like magic i ordered a 4 pack of lg the ones which 2 have lace and they are not the same bra i got before i even got a tape measure out and the shoulder straps were 2″ shorter had to return. when will you have them back i’ll order xlg
Rhonda, PLEASE bring back high waisted footless pantyhose. Was AMAZING if I had known at the time I bought this 2 pk how AMAZING they were I would of bought all.I ran across as a clearance item. No other maker can compare to how they smoothed & etc, no not even Spanx could. Liked that they were a panthose giving you just a little light control & extra help by the High waist mading you fill all pulled together. Bought about 6 years ago they’re clinging on by a ? refuse to give up you can image !!
I have been buying your 2 pack butterknit leisures bras for a while and I wanted to buy more today and they are not available. I hope you will be bringing these back I love these bras. i have gotten rid off all my others bra except for theses. I need to get more, mine are wearing out, please bring this product back.

What has happened to your Butterknit bras? They are the perfect bra for my 90 year old Mother. She has alzheimer’s and lives in a nursing home. This bra holds up to the laundry and is comfortable enough to wear 24 hours , when that happens. Please let me know if you plan to bring the crossover style back, I have looked for a replacement but haven’t found anything yet.
Hi Rhonda…I have finally found an underwire bra that I can wear without pain and fatigue after a long day at work or whatever. Item number is 954-105 and I ordered a two-set of every color you made available. Now they are almost impossible to find. I need the 2X and wish you would offer 3X and 4X for the ladies who need that size.Are you going to come out with new colors in this item? If so, when? This is the only underwire I have worn that is comfortable and offers me support (DDD cup).
Rhonda I love your products. I bought a few years ago from you on HSN a strapless cami that held in your muffin roll and tummy, you never came back with this product, I love it, but it is getting old,Please bring this back again.
You also need to make cami that a lower cut in the front, sometimes if you were something sexy for a party you do not want the cami showing’

I have worn a Goddess Underwire in a very stiff, classic super supportive bra for years (decades) in 38F (most of the time). I lost some weight about 2 years ago and have yet to get a bra to fit correctly. I am small for band width 34- 35 (measurement around rib cage) and have very large cups (I am wearing a 36H and falling out of bottom). Will the Aah bra really hold me up (and in)? Looking for support and comfort. What size would you recommend? Please let me know. Thanks.

I was so thrilled to see the infomercial but decided to buy the two-pack leisure bras as I have been dying to find something that is comfortable. They arrived and while they are comfortable, they have absolutely no support. I get the same support as going braless.
My question is, are the bras ordered on the infomercial the same as the leisure bra?
I will have to return these but would like to find a replacement style. I will not wear an underwire bra.

I am a mastectomy patient. At one time you offered a mastectomy bra. I ordered them when they were on clearance. Also, the original exercise bra with just spandex with the razor back. I have recently lost 55 lbs and the exercise and mastectomy bras are WAY TOO BIG!! Are you going to still offer mastectomy bras and exercise bras? If you have something basic that I can exercise in that would fit over my reg bra and more mastectomy bras, I would be extremely interested!! TY :)

Hey Rhonda, I’m so excited. I just ordered your new cotton bra. Thank you so much for doing cotton. Now, I have another beg. The last few bras that I ordered alas were not color fast. I hand washed a dozen plus times and the dye still colored the water. Can you please look into this concern? Thanks again for your hard work and great bras. Hugs.

Okay, so 494-034 the Black and Spice was not color fast. 248-320 Animal Lace same thing. That one I hand washed and soaked for 24 hours. Yep. Still dye. If it was Easter, I could have dyed eggs. :))) Then 254-432 Lace had a chemical odor that repeated washing would not remove. Of course, I had to send them all back with a sad face. I ordered 3-4 sets of the Cheetah Ahh and they were fine. Fingers crossed the new black cotton Lovey will be ok.
Ok I remmber an item you had for arm flab, well at the time i did not have any but now i do so Rhonda please bring them back

Which one should I get that is like the informacial. HSN uses the word leisure but you direct sale doesn’t. Are they the same? I’d rather buy fr0m HSN. Have had too many problems with TV informacials.

On May 9 2011 I didn’t see only one 4X in a bra and I have those I would like one of those strapless bras in 4X.
Your bras are the only one that don’t slip up and were them all day all those smaller girls can were any bra. So remember make 5X, 6X, They are leasure bras that means they are for sleeping in thanks. Even if you have to charge more they will buy.

I’ve been buying your products for years, now. My daughter is physically & developmentally disabled and wears your Ahh Bras. They are a godsend, for a few reasons. 1. I don’t have to worry about anything digging into her. 2. I know that she will never have any skin breakdowns from wearing them. 3. She doesn’t fight me to wear them because they are sooo comfortable. Thank you! I have tried & love many of your products myself. My fav is the padded, underwire cami with NO back hooks.

I have been trying and trying to find a comfortable bra and so far I’ve been unsucessful.I was left out in that area and find that the bras offered in your line don’t have “lift” or padding of any kind. It seems to be counting on Mother Nature for that – she left me out! I am a 36B but have found that the 36 is a little snug and I don’t fill out the B without help (sad, but true). Tried Ahhh bra but no luck. Any suggestions???? Thank you very much. I still think it is an instrument of torture
Why don’t you make a molded cup bra for those of us who want more support. Of course no underwire. I’m sure there are lots of customers who would be interested because when I read other comments one of their complaints is there is not enough support.

Hi Rhonda,I bought your 2 pack of the ah bra.This was my first purchase and the colors were a denim type color and orange. The blue fit great but not the orange.I would suggest in making a bra that has more support. But please no wire. I find wire bras very uncomfortable.Keep up the good work.

Well, that is odd…they should fit exactly the same..as they are knitted via a computer program. Sometimes, some colors feel a little different than others…because of the dying process..but the size should be exactly the same..
As for the support, we have the Ahh Bra with underwire..definitely more support, without giving up comfort. The Ahh Bra is designed for leisure. I find it enough daily support.Try layering them if you want to feel a bit more contained..

I recently ordered the Ahh bra off of a television infomercial and was charged for the product but it never arrived.
I would actually like to try the Ahh Bra, but will be forced to dispute the charge if it does not arrive. I called the HSN customer service and they don’t show me in their system and could not give me a number to your organization Please help.

Rhonda, I like your products very much and have been attempting to order more (to be sent to my home in California) online using the HSN website. Unfortunately, since I am working in Afghanistan and HSN recognizes that the order is coming from outside the US, HSN security has blocked my account. In fact, HSN will not even allow me to order via the 24/7 order line. This is most unfortunate and completely outside the norm – Nordstrom, Drugstore.com and QVC are all accessable to me from Afghanistan

I love your “AAHH BRA”, but you must have changed the way they are made. I am a 34DD and I have tried the medium size, but it keeps riding up. Should I go to a large? I am a fairly small women size 6 (125lbs), but I am having trouble with this bra now. I use to wear a small, but noticed they are made tighter now in the material. My next question is when are you coming back with some more of these bras; as they are always out of stock.

Thanks for the great comment..no doubt there can be subtle changes in the way the bra feels in the dying process..it is yarn, not fabric..so different prints, and solids may feel a little different..the prints may feel a little “tighter” than the lighter solid colors (creams, and pinks)…they are the same measurements…just feels different in the dying process…we are going to make the band a bit longer in the near future…but i truly think medium is the correct size for you
I think large may be a tad to big…actually in the lighter solids, you may be a small…the cool thing is there is 4 way stretch in these bras..it justs depends if you like a looser or tighter fit…if you have larger cups and a smaller band, it may ride a bit, because of your cup size..it happens with me…but that should not change the fit or support, unless they are riding up on to your breasts..let me know if this was helpful..thanks so much..we are getting more in shortly..

we we will continue to stock the molded cup camis in different colors and the seamless camis with built in “ahh bra”…we also have some gorgeous lace dot camis coming out in september…you can wear them under clothing or under a jacket…so pretty and feminine..i always design my camis to be longer than most on the market, so they dont ride up and you can tuck them in or leave them out…my personal pet peeve is short camis!!! yuck…
