September is my time to organize and take inventory of our lives in the Stallone household. We get back into a routine. Believe me, with the summer we have had –with Sly’s successful movie premiere, the visits to Florida for HSN and HSN’s exciting Las Vegas event –I welcome the idea of getting back to my routine. I even have had a lady tell me to call back to see if I could get someone else to help me. There is no one else to call! I’m searching for a new skin care line. I am 44 with good skin. Too much tanning in my youth has led to sun spots that are now appearing. I also have dark circles under my eyes and it gives me a tired look. Which Serious Skin care line would be good for me. I would like to give my skin a more balanced look. I often go out of the house without make-up (yes ladies…I do dare!). Can you please help me out.

We have some specific ideas for you: Get the new HydraPixel Correct, it is perfect, will give your spots and circles coverage and also be just enough without wearing makeup out. The other new product we think you should try is Eyetality. The kit was made to address all typical eye concerns: bags, circles, lines and it even grows your eyelashes!

I was bummed to hear the A-Peel System is being discontinued; I know the new “Detailer” came out, but I know I echo a lot of loyal SSC customers that feel it was the original products of Lesa’s amazing formulations that really put SSC on the map.
Please consider this when discontinuing/adding new products in the future.

love the items in the last TS kit however I am confused as to whether or not I am to use the nano products in the am, I have been yet the hydrapixel does not “look” as good as when applied on clean skin, also should I still be using a primer after the pixel or is that also acting as a replacement for primer. Thanks for loving the TS Saving Face Kit. You can use the HydraPixel Correct over your serums and moiturizers, and you may not need to use a primer underneath the hydrapixel. If you want to you can put makeup over the hydrapixel, but you may not even need to since the color correction is already in the product. You can use your nanofill and nanoseal in the morning or at night. Thanks for posting.
Hi Jennifer. I posted this question yesterday but do not see it on the list so will try again. I am using your A line and the eye and cleanser says to use am & pm although I have just read that retinyl palmitate “speeds the developement of skin tumors and lesions when exposed to sunlight” As I am out in the sun in the am after using these, is it safe to use? I am 67 and just recently ordered your SSC Calstrum facial kit with bonus cleanser. This is the first time I have ordered your line and was really looking forward to trying it–but, I sent the whole kit back. The serum-liked a lot, but after the first few pumps it did not work anymore. This problem really needs to be corrected. The cleanser ard moisturizer are fine, but the eye jelley is too thick–would prefer a lighter cream. Hope to try again with your products!Carlene

We are sorry that you had a problem with the pump on your Calstrum serum, it is an air-pump, and in the future should you have issues with air pumps, you can try unfolding a paper clip, and pressing firmly into the hole(s) at the bottom of the pump. After nudging the internal platform upward, you would re-prime the pump by pressing it around 25 times. Once again so sorry that you experienced difficulties and had to send the kit back.

The Emu & Aloe will be very soothing to you, and you can use the olive oil products together as well. We do recommend the olive oil cleanser for your dry skin.

Thank you for the compliments, they mean a lot! The shelf life of our products is two years from the time you get them if unopened, and 1 year opened.
I received my Serious Skin Care kit about 5 days ago. I am extremely disappointed. I am fifty and in general have pretty good skin. I am starting to have some sagging of the neckline, some crows feet starting and frown lines. I tried the products the first day and felt like my skin was burning. I figured perhaps that is normal. After 4 days of use the situation is getting worse and my lines are worse! I believe in good health… I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

No, it should NOT burn you, that is not normal, you are having a rare reaction to the product, and should discontinue using it.
jen you know when you sell your prod at a really low price itake adv of that ty youi am however upset you had two for one on shampoo and cond i opened it up and the containers were still sealed but all four bottles were drenched in the prod so a lot of waste and i cleaned up containers about half product in both shampoo bottles the conditiones cleaned up containers took lid off the prod around cap was thick hard tells me you or hsn were unloading old prod$more 2send back ever ck shelf lifeorHSN

Hi I am a 58 year young lady and have ordered the vitamin C kit. I don’t have any problems with breakouts, dry or oily skin. At my age I am having wrinkles appear, and the start of some sagging skin on my face. I hope this is the right kit to begin with. I am 54 and just about lived in the sun in my youth….. paying for it now. I recieved my “Age Defying Retinol Kit” today, and am excited to begin. I have forehead, between the eye,,above and below the lip wrinkles,crowfeet and am getting a sag under my chin. With the Serious Skin Detailer, it says,”apply to (stop at) jawline.I want to use it on my neck wrinkles. Is that ok? Living at the beach, I’m still a wrinkle waiting to happen,lol. Counting on your products to help me.
Is there an “expiration date” for SSC products? I have a lot of old products. Love this skin line. But wondering if they ever go “bad” and need to be thrown out/replaced. Thanks :)

It’s me again, Jen…that was the “event” price….and also I had ordered the skin detailer too. I would love to feel better about your products as I feel they have really worked well, but just not sure…I need some reassurance about what’s in them, according to what I have read….I won’t go into further detail.

I love your products but…..
I wish your shows would have more variety. I like to watch most of your shows but they have so many repeats that I can’t watch them all.
You have so many great products so I wonder why you push so hard to only show maybe a dozen in each visit and ignore your other products.
Please make each show different so that we can see more and get more specials on a larger variety.
I would like to see better replicate and renew kits and olive oil kits too.

If I am using the Replicate & Renew (3 pieces), should I add the A Line to it? If so, how would I use them? One during the day, the other at night, switch off every other day? I am 53, & have good skin, I do have crepe like lines under my eyes & light crows feet too. I did order the Today’s Special on 9/12, (on A/S). I’m looking forward to trying the eye products there. Will the products in that kit target my needs & eliminate the need for the a the R&R or A Line? Your help is appreciated.

You can continue to use the Replicate and Renew along with any additional products you wish. You can also alternate morning and night, or you can switch between the products every couple of days.
Please consider bringing back the A-Copper products! These have a devout following here even though they rarely get airtime. The reviews are consistently good and working these products into some kits (with glycolic line perhaps?) would surely only increase the numbers of fans of the line. These are some of the best products you all make, and it’s a shame we can’t get them as readily available as we have been in the past! Thanks!

My other request (ran out of space) I love the firming facial pads but there is not enough of the liquid product in them. The new reverstrol pads is saturated with product can you do this with the “firming facial pads?” I love they are bigger but there is more product on other small brands than in your larger pad. I would like to stop purchasing the other brand if you put more product in yours. Thanks!
I store mine upside down and this helps with this issue. This is a favorite and must have product of SSC’s that I use.
I have tried that too but with little product they are dried up by the time I get to the middle of the jar. I would like to see them saturated like the reverstrol pads.
