Hi Girlfriends, I am thrilled with your response to our new Secret C Rapid Lift, the new addition to our Rapid Transport C Infused Vitamin C Collection. Your feedback is very important to us and we are delighted to hear that so many of you are seeing positive results.
I recently returned from France where I visited skin care and makeup companies to find the latest cutting edge products and ingredients to bring back to my American girlfriends at HSN. My shows in 2010 will feature new, innovative products that I have found in my travels in Europe this past year and I know you will be as excited about them as we are at Signature Club A.

I use your Rapid Transport C Infused Foundation Fair routinely, but find it a problem since this product is always out of stock. Even to purchase a kit, Fair is usually not available. It would be great if this could be an autoship. PLEASE make this product more readily available in FAIR!
Adrienne – I have loved your products for many years now, but have one complaint. Every time I find a product that I can’t live without – you quit making it. The Platinum Elastilift 500 was the last one. The product was terrific – what a huge difference an instant eye lift can make!!! Now I have none! :-(( I appreciate that you develop new products, but we need some of the originals back. It’s aggravating when you can no longer find a product you have come to rely upon. Adrienne, Would you ever consider auto delivery for the Aerated makeup? I love it. I thought my days of compliments for my skin were over, until I found your aerated makeup. I would like to know if Signature Club A does animal testing on any of its products. Please advise.
Been a customer since you were in Lord and Taylors in Manhasse.This is my 2nd. time writng you and have read all the comments on your blog and many echo my thoughts.The products (concealers) I use are never available for sale. I wait for your shows and this time the products I use were not even in your kits!! Can’t you find a way to market all of your products so that they can be purchased on line when a customer needs them. A disappointed customer. Please help and advise. Linda

Adrienne, You used to make a confetti eyeshadow. I think that’s what it was called. It had lots of different colors mixed into the eyeshadow. So, you could virtually wear the same eyeshadow every day and it looked gorgeous. I haven’t seen you offer it in forever. Are you EVER going to bring it back? PLEASE!!!! I love your products and I wonder if you would be so kind to consider bringing back the over 40 only IMPERIAL C age damage eye skin elixir.
I have been using the imperial C concentrate 3x royal jelly eye skin elixir every night and it has made huge difference to my under eye over dry skin.

Adrienne, I like many others keep asking about your Olive tone foundations which you don’t make anymore. I was wondering why? Even if it’s a summer event for those that tan I’m sure it would sell out. My friends and myself keep waiting for you to introduce them again so we can buy them all! Your foundations are the best on the market, please keep in mind that Medium doesn’t offer the proper coverage for the summer months.
I would like to know if you still have the liquid make up. It is the only one that goes on my face correctly. I can spread it better. If you still have this product are you going to have it in a special configuration or if you just have the liquid make up, I would like to have the product number so that I may order it. What have you done with the green tea scented Melt Down? It was the cleanest, freshest scent I have ever experienced, and I check to see if it’s back quite often. So far, no luck. I sure hope it wasn’t one of those one time things.
Which is better to use when you are 50 and have dry skin would it be the Vit C kit from signature A or the Argon oil kit. They both are anti aging but I am confused on what to order. I love the fact that Signature A uses older models it is so much more realistic than the other channels models.
I wish you would bring back the Retinol kit. I love the capsules, foam, make-up stick, melt-down, consealer — the entire set is THE BEST. Please bring it back, I’m on the verge of running out. Thanks
I am desperately searching for more of your Over 40 only, Imperial C Concentrate freeze dried 3X Royal Jelly Age Damaged Eye Skin Elexor!!! Do you still offer this product and how can I locate it as I am almost out?? This product is so amaizing at removing wrinkles under my eyes leaving the refreshed when I wake in the morning!
I too was a fan of the royal jelly line. I just pulled out my mask that I heat up in the microwave for 30 seconds and have been using it the last 2 weeks but I am out of the product that is put on my face underneath the warm mask. It is sooooooo relaxing and it
makes me feel like I’ve given myself that very much needed special treatment. Also, I need something for my dry heels. What can you recommend? Love you and love your products. By the way, I was drooling over the jewelry show.
I have used Adrienne’s products since 1976 and have been followed he for all these years. I am 55 years old now and I am told several times a week from strangers how young and beautiful I look. Well I am not sure about all that but I do know that the Transport C works great for me.

Would you please bring back the Lemon Bar Slicing Soap? I got hooked on it and I would love it, if you would bring it back. The last time I saw it on HSN was probably 3 or 4 years ago. I bought 5 bars so that I would not run out and now I want more. I have e-mailed HSN about asking you to bring it back at least 2 dozen times. If you would bring it back I think that it would sell out in no time. I would like to be able to order it anytime; without having to order a kit.
I wish you would bring back the CAVIAR morning and night firming cream with the eye cream. I have looking and looking for it for months now. It is such a wonderful product I wish you would keep it going. I know of other people that would like it if you brought it back.

Hi Adrienne, I bought your 4-pk of body cremes a couple years ago, & just recently opened the Vanilla one, which was all watery but my husband loved it & got some great massages from it. Today I opened the Mandarin Orange, & oh my goodness, it is beyond fabulous! I thought it didn’t get any better than your Lemon Verbena, but the Orange is unbelievably rich, thick & wonderful! Would love to see a kit of all Verbena &/or Orange products, preferably with the sprays! Keep up the great work! Love ya
