Hi Girlfriends, I am thrilled with your response to our new Secret C Rapid Lift, the new addition to our Rapid Transport C Infused Vitamin C Collection. Your feedback is very important to us and we are delighted to hear that so many of you are seeing positive results.
I recently returned from France where I visited skin care and makeup companies to find the latest cutting edge products and ingredients to bring back to my American girlfriends at HSN. I’ve been checking every day for your Rapid Transport C Infused No Transfer FAIR foundation and it has not been restocked. I hope you haven’t discontinued this product! It is the best!! I am waiting patiently for it to be restocked.

Hope you had a GREAT Thanksgiving with your loved ones. I did and want to THANK your for your fabulous products. I’m 62 and no one can tell, even my dermatologist, she says I don’t need botox yet, he,he,he. She asked me what do I use??? so I told her. I’m thankful to you and your products.

Could you please bring back the travel kits you sold several years ago? I find I am having to place meltdown, five essentials for face and eyes, and several other products in to small containers in order to get them through the security point at the airport. I keep looking every month for a travel kit but it has not been offered in several years. Thanks

I just love your Moroccan Argan Oil series but PLEASE, PLEASE sell the Body Lotion separately so I can buy more when I need it. You only get one bottle per set and it doesn’t last that long. I would love to be able to buy this product separately and in addition to the sets. Could you please consider this option. I just bought a set today just to get the lotion and that is pretty expensive when you think about it. Thank You!
I am trying to get a couple more of the same color lipstick that I am presently using and like. Is it available? It is Core Lip Color #5.
Hope your Thanksgiving was good. Really anxious about getting this color.
What I also hope is you can create something that tightens the jaw line. Most of my friends want the same thing. The wrinkles are not the problem.

I was just reading an email to you from a woman that has deep lines above her lips that bother her. I, too, have that problem and would be so grateful if you had a solution to this. These lines are so deep they make me want to cover my mouth. I have used some of your products in the past and have liked them, but have yet to find anything for these awful lines. HELP!!!
Looking forward to your Thanksgiving weekend programs. I’m 57; since using your products at about age 52 people keep telling me I look 40! Love your Vit A and Vit C caps, hyaluronic day cream & makeup primer, butters makeup, super-stick makeup, anchorwoman blue, one-stick solution, AND ESPECIALLY lip-products (they DO NOT bleed ever!) just moving back home after it being rebuilt after hurricane Ike. I had always stocked up on your products. I was sad to find most had been contaminted or destroyed.Any suggestions on kits to start my collection up again? living in a shelter for several mos because of the hurricane i have been incommunicado as to what is available. I am 56 y.o. and sensitive to the sun. The stress has taken it’s toll on my skin.Even hubby noted. never realized how much it affects your moral!
Please,please,please have fair 7 butters foundation or no transfer foundation. I have been looking for months for fair. I am allergic to the marocan oil. Please, Please, Please bring back fair foundations esp 7 butters. Medium is just too dark for me.

Adrienne, I love your Ounce of Gold Hyaluronic SPF 30 day cream – it’s the only thing that really moisturizes my 70-yr. old skin. Is there any possibility you could come up with a nighttime version so we can use the hyaluronic day and night? Thanks.

Please bring back the creamy butters makeup/concealer combo as an individual purchase. I noticed it in a collection, but I don’t use the other products as fast as the foundation. I really liked the option of buying it separately. It was much easier on my pocketbook.

PLEASE!! Bring back your tinted caviar day cream with the lift. I’m begging you. There are other products out there now (you were the 1st) but none of them are as good (in treatment or price) as yours. I gave the last of mine to a male co-worker who suffer a heart attack and had broken blood vessels on his face and was trying to find anything to cover them up. Adrienne, PLEASE, PLEASE, bring back the no transfer lipstick package…three in a package. I absolutely love this lipstick, it is the very best on the market. I have run out of it and I absolutely hate what I am finding in marketplace. They cannot compare to your products.
Your no transfer did NOT leave my lips dry and this lipstick is just fabulous. I do hope you will bring it back in a configuration as before.

I order your try me Morrocan oil kit that you had on air earlier this month along with the Jet Tech wet set make up kit. Am I able to use the morrocan oil along with the 5 essentials cream or do I use one or the other? Thank you.
Hi Adrienne, I noticed that a couple of customers are interested in the Olive tones for the makeup. I use to buy the makeup also but now only purchase the skin care products only because the other shades are too light for when I tan. Are you ever going to bring it back for those of us that are requesting it? I am ready to order as soon as they are available. Thank you for taking care of all your loyal customers.
