Hi Girlfriends, I am thrilled with your response to our new Secret C Rapid Lift, the new addition to our Rapid Transport C Infused Vitamin C Collection. Your feedback is very important to us and we are delighted to hear that so many of you are seeing positive results.
I recently returned from France where I visited skin care and makeup companies to find the latest cutting edge products and ingredients to bring back to my American girlfriends at HSN. Dear Andrienne, I purchased your Moroccann Argan Oil Shampoo/Conditioner (sold separately), which is the very best. Since using it, I decided to buy another so I wouldn’t run out and it is now no longer available. This shampoo/conditioner does not strip the root dye out of my hair like other shampoos. It leaves my frizzy hair manageable and shiny. Please sell it separately or in a smaller kit again. Thank you.
I received a pressed powder with a moroccan oil set. I am almost out and do not see it anywhere. It was the BEST coverage EVER, and I have rarely found a foundation I have liked in the past 25 years. Any plan on selling it seperately?
A looong time ago, Adrienne used to have acne pits on the sides of her face. I have the same thing and have had Paxel laser surgery and, while it helps a little bit, it does not ‘perfect’ the skin. The truth is that no surgery can completely correct the problem. My question is this: What does Adrienne use to REALLY cover that up? Rather than keeping it a secret, sell it. Brad Pitt uses the same technique (whatever it is, and it completely smooths the sides of his face. Is it liquid latex?

I love the lavender under makeup base and I use that more then the rest that comes in the kit.Can I buy that by itself?

What is the shelf life of the vitamin c capsules?
Adrienne, I ordered some of the 5 in one skin cream while you have it at the buy one get one free. what I want to know is,does it work as well for women of color? I have been using the Clinique dramatically different moisture lotion and its not really working too good.my skin is still dry after I put it on. and now with the cold weather, its that much worse.I’m going to try your product and I hope it works as well for me as it does for othrs who have been using it.

Hi Adrienne, I am a long time user of your products and miss the scent you used to sell. You said it dated back to your days at the department stores. Last time I ordered it was called Champaign and Cavier. I have a little of the cream left, it lasts a long time and you don’t need to wear alot. I have received so many compliments. Will you ever be bringing this spicy scent back?? Please, Please, Please with vanilla meltdown on top :)

I have noticed stunning results with the Argon Oil products. Your make up is quality and the value and the size is outrageous! I only use your products for my skin from cleansers and moisturizers to make up and hair care products. What can I say..I am a fan! My jewelry box is filled with your unique and stylish jewelry. I love your shows & am a satisfied customer of Vitamin C and other of your skin care products for over 10 years. The Vit C jar lids are very flimsy and always crack and break. I am presently using a jar of wonderful hyaluronic day cream but must carefully pick through the cream to avoid cutting my skin from additional pieces that continue breaking. PLEASE do something to improve the containers of your excellent products!
About 20 years ago I use to buy a product of yours from Macy’s called the Lip Peel. Do you still have that? It was my favorite!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been using your products for years, particularly the Severe Dry Skin Patches. Now, I can no longer find them and I’m very disappointed as they work like a charm. Won’t you please bring them back. I am 68 year old and my wrinkly area is my neck. These really eliminate some of the crepy look.
I love the Argan Oil but the skin creme in the blue jar is hard to open and broke off when I tried to open it. Maybe a different top would do the trick. Otherwise, it’s a great product.
Adrienne, I have been a customer of yours forever, back to Macy’s on 34th st!!! When or where can we get more gleaming skin makeup! I wear this all year round. I have one bottle left and I am beginning to stress over it.
Sweet Adrienne – I have been a customer since the mid-90’s. I was an original essential cream user and loved the old Koleidoscope. I have made a discovery that I thought I would share. My cuticles are dry and bleeding and nothing I have purchased over-the-counter has worked. I started taking the Argan Oil Makeup Remover Pad that I would normally throw away after removing makeup and go over all of my cuticles, let is sit for a little while and then put on 100% cotton gloves to sleep in. It works!
Hi. I’ve used these products before and enjoyed them. But when my husband’s hours at work were cut and we had to live on one paycheck, facial products are the last thing to buy. After nearly a year, our hours are back to what they used to be and for a treat I ordered SCA again. I felt very pampered, my skin feels better, in fact, you can feel the cremes actually being absorbed. Now I appreciate the amount of product and the fun it brings, and have a winters’ supply!
Hi Arienne – I have never used your products and just ordered the Rapid Transport C Infused Carry Along Collection and the Advnced Formula 5 Essentials Creme +1 for face and eyes. I am 51 and have slight wrinkles around the eyes. Wrinkle problems are my forehead and above upper lip. Question is which day/night cremes should I use? Can I alternate between the C cremes and the advanced forumula 5 cremes? Thank you and I am really excited about trying your products.
Hello,I ordered S Club A Hide Every Flaw Kit in 05/2009. Although I was very pleased with the products themselves, the cases did not hold up well at all. Both the blush and the eyeshadow cases broke (shattered completely) therefore I had to throw them away. The makeup case broke at the hinge and I was able to still use it although the mirrored lid had seperated. I would love to reorder but am reluctant due to the flimsy cases. PLEASE HELP!
Can you tell me what body treatment creme comes closest to Fresh Cut Flowers Peony Body Treatment Creme–I love this creme and wish you still had it? When it was discontinued, I bought several jars as it is the only creme that my sensitive skin does NOT have an adverse reaction to. I have exhausted my supply and hesitate to purchase something I might not be able to use. Thank you!
adrienne, please put your precious argon oil body cream oil on auto ship. i am addicted to the smell and feel of it. i am about to run out and don’t want to try any of the other ones on the internet. i am sure they are fine but yours smells so yummy it makes me feel happy all day when i wear it. trying to conserve it now so please soon! love you
Adrienne I have been using your 5 Essentials Cream for quite awhile now & was disappointed when it went to auto ship only. Please bring back the single shipment, also. Had to try another brand!
