Happy Thanksgiving
Hi, everyone! It’s been a while since we’ve written…but that doesn’t mean we do not READ your blogs as much as we can! Skip and I thought we had better write you NOW, rather than wait one more second – as the Holiday season is upon us, and ALL our lives seem to speed up to a fever pitch!
We were really sorry to read that some of you did not like our Today’s Special as much as in past years in November. Sincerely – we want to please all of you and bring you exciting values, beautiful ways to package your items,and of course, products that we feel are our best for this time of year. Some of you felt that the “florals” weren’t appropriate. That was MY doing – sorry – I just never want Summer or Spring to be too far away, no matter the season! Also, Skip and I thought the “mix” would be something that would accommodate all tastes, as well as seasons. We DOtake all your comments to heart, and even more, we are extremely grateful that you take time out of your busy day to tell us your preferences!! We will certainly keep all your suggestions and comments in mind for the next Today’s Specialand future ones! So thank you. And for those of you who DID like the Today’s Special, and who bought it, thank you very much!! We’re happy you were pleased, and hope you enjoy everything.
Speaking of taking things to heart – I hope all of you got a chance to see my new Coffee Table book or hear a little about it? It is an HSN exclusive, for now, and is called “Flowers From My Heart”. Dear Amanda and Skip,
Please, Please bring back Blue Iris, the Musk in the Black & White packaging and please don’t change the formulation. My favorites are the floral, but not with the new formula. If it isn’t broken don’t change it. I DON’T CARE ABOUT ORGANIC. This new formulation that is Organic does not soften my skin like the old formula and the fragrance is miniscule. I have had to buy perfume oils and added it to the new florals. I won’t buy the florals if they have the new formulation.

Skip, Amanda, HAPPY NEW YEAR. Oh, I love all the IB products that I have, though I don’t stray far from my favorites. Latest and longest is Gardenia. Totally Classic.
Question: Will you be bringing back the WHITE ALMOND talc? It always came in the duo pack. This is just a perfect talc and the fragrance is so wonderfully soft, not so strong that it works over my perfume. I have my daughter hooked on White Almond, LOL. It is just fabulous to put on before bed. PLEASE BRING IT BACK.
Will the next Customer Voice shipment of SB/Citrus have a body cream? No more body milks, please.
The next Customer Voice shipment is Shea Butter with Italian Citrus(ships Jan. 22nd). Skip and Amanda return to HSN on Feb. 5th.
What happened to the original shea butter with almond milk? I really hope it’s not discontinued because it’s a classic, the new shea butter is ok but not nearly as good as the original.
What happened to the Risarium Bath and shower cream? It was the best for aging and dry skin.
Hi, i am a big fan of the original SnowDrop body products and the perfume- can’t find it!I also love the BIG sizes of the White Almond,can’t find another fav.I would like to see more of the Green Tea sets. It seems like you are making new products instead of bringing back our original products we love. Can’t figure out why-if it is products the customers love-why change the formula? Also looking for Acacia Shea and the regular Shea line. Love the original IBB products.
Huh!…Fruit and food scents…Why all the fruit and food? Who wants to smell like a fruit? Please bring back acacia shea, wild juniper, and some other non-fruity scents that have disappeared.

As a long time fan of your products, I’ve been very disappointed that I have been unable to determine the scent scheduled to ship under the IBB Voice program on 1/18/10. I’ve searched online, and I’ve called HSN Customer Service twice, talking to several people. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT SCENT IS BEING SENT ONLY 6 DAYS FROM NOW.
I’ve reluctantly chosen to skip this shipment. I hope I’m not missing a scent that could become my favorite, but don’t wish the hassle of a return.
Have been offline since mid-Dec until just now. I’m sorry that I could’nt wish you & families the best Holiday Season ever. BUT, I was thinking of you!! HAPPY NEW YEAR 2010 to ALL of the Borgheses. Please bring back the older scents that we haven’t seen in a while like Ylang-Ylang, Blue Iris, White Tea with Italian Lemon, Juniper, the original Musk, and the ORIGINAL Honey Cream Bath.

I have been an Italian Beauty customer for many years but lately I have been very disappointed. Your new fragrances are okay but I prefer the older fragrances such as Snowdrops and White Almond. These are my most favorite fragrances and it makes me sad that I can no longer get the perfumed body spray in White Almond or the spray cologne in the Snowdrops. Will you ever bring these two fragrances back?

I’ve been a fan for several years now. When are you going to bring back your regular Black Rice formulas? I’m running low on toner, serum, etc. I like it better for my skin than the black rice platinum.

I have your Snowdrop kit in the autoship kit and love it, but I’m still disappointed that you are not listening to your customers and have not brought back the Shea Butter and Almond kit that you use to have on autoship. I do like the Almond shower gel and the cream offered on your autoship program, but it can not compare with the Shea Butter and Almond Milk kit. Please! Please! bring it back.
Can we get a double, triple, or even quadruple size, of the classic hand creams in a pump bottle? Risarium, Olivarium, Mediterraneum, White Almond, etc.? A better value and nice for the nightstand or sink vanity. Please consider…THANKS!

I have not be seen HSN for quite some time due to the HD switch and, perhaps, my quetions was addressed on air at some point; but, I’m extremely disappointed not to find the Shea Butter with Sweet Almond Milk. My sister and I have been using the Sweet Almond Milk for ages and it is our absolute favorite. Like many other customers, my sister is extremely sensitive to fragrances and this works for her. Has it been discontinued? Will it return?
Elariia Shea Butter Lip Balm is the only lip balm that sooths my family’s chapped lips. Please make it available again! One application at bedtime and the healing takes place over night. No other product on the market is as effective! We need it, so please bring it back.
Please consider bringing back the Elariia Acacia bath & body products in the original shea formulation if that’s possible. They are wonderful!!

one of the most beautiful scents you had was Soleil De Sicile,the compliments I received was outstanding–a very sensenual fragrance–is there anyway i could purchase quite a few bottles? also at the time you were displaying this on air there where two other fragrances in the same style bottle one was rose and the other which i am also interested in was i think Soleil de sun. i think these use to be on your passort to italy–i miss so many of your unusual fragrances.
