Happy Thanksgiving
Hi, everyone! It’s been a while since we’ve written…but that doesn’t mean we do not READ your blogs as much as we can! Skip and I thought we had better write you NOW, rather than wait one more second – as the Holiday season is upon us, and ALL our lives seem to speed up to a fever pitch!
We were really sorry to read that some of you did not like our Today’s Special as much as in past years in November. Sincerely – we want to please all of you and bring you exciting values, beautiful ways to package your items,and of course, products that we feel are our best for this time of year. Some of you felt that the “florals” weren’t appropriate. That was MY doing – sorry – I just never want Summer or Spring to be too far away, no matter the season! Also, Skip and I thought the “mix” would be something that would accommodate all tastes, as well as seasons. We DOtake all your comments to heart, and even more, we are extremely grateful that you take time out of your busy day to tell us your preferences!! We will certainly keep all your suggestions and comments in mind for the next Today’s Specialand future ones! So thank you. And for those of you who DID like the Today’s Special, and who bought it, thank you very much!! We’re happy you were pleased, and hope you enjoy everything.
Speaking of taking things to heart – I hope all of you got a chance to see my new Coffee Table book or hear a little about it? It is an HSN exclusive, for now, and is called “Flowers From My Heart”. I recently ordered Perlier Shea Butter and it is so dry that I have to add water before I put it on my skin. I do love the scent of it. Is it suppose to be this dry? I actually have to scrape it out of the container.
I wish Skip and Amanda would bring back Vetiver or tell me how to order it elsewhere. It was the most calming, pleasant scent to wear and a diffuser would be even more heavenly. Every time I’ve given either Perlier or Elaria as a gift, the recipient has absolutely loved it.
Is the Black Rice Foam Face Wash ever coming back?
I haven’t been able to find it here or anywhere?
I understand your products are available in Spas in Europe, any chance this information can be made available?

Hi, I have been watching for the return of the Foam Face Wash in the Black Rice Line. I bought it in the kit value and have watched for a single item order to be available. The kits are gone now and I have not seen the Foam Wash return. It is the best facial wash I have and of course I can’t use everday twice a day as I would if it was available on Autoship. Yes I have other face products but would gladly remove them from my regime if I had the product I really wanted.IT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!
Will Risarium soap bars be available again? I only have one left and I have given p all other soap since discovering this. Please tell me it will be available!!
Amanda & Skip, I have used your products for about 15 yrs and love them. Received my auto ship and there was a pamphlet in the pkg. I found the Honey Lavender products which are my fav, the Talc Duo was available, but when contacted HSN could not find the Talc. I went to their site on HSN and it was not there either. I WAS WONDERING HOW I COULD PURCHASE THIS ITEM? Tried to find phone # in New York, could not, do you have one??

I got it last year and I am so in LOVE with this fragrance, so please bring it back I will get all that I can. I love all your Vanilla Perlier. Please bring the fragrances first – Lily of the Valley; Peony, Lilac, Gardenia, Lavender. Then add the talc’ and cream as real COMPLIMENTS first. Body washes are fine, but anyone can use a neutral soap, and then layer with the cream, perfume, and enjoy the talc’ to complete the true ‘bath and body treatment’. We miss those old fragrances so much!
I’m wondering if the Avocado and Lemongrass line is being discontinued. I need to purchase several items for upcoming gifts but do not see anything left in this line. I purchase this throughout the year which makes shopping incredibly easy and everyone gets something they love, don’t know what I will do without it.

I am a huge fan of Avocado and Lemongrass and I don’t see it on the horizon. Should I order what’s available? I’m afraid I’ll never see it again. Can’t bear the thought. My granddaughter looks like Skip’s daughter (but she is not). Looks like her daddy too.
Hello, Skip & Amanda I love Italian Beauty Products and used to buy quite alot especially any Snow Drop collection, any chance the old Snow Drop formula and spray fragrance will come back? I see many other requests for the old Snow Drop formula but no reply on if it will ever come back, I know you are very busy coming up with other wonderful ideas and fragrances but please think about bring original Snow Drop back. I live in Alaska. In the winter my lips get so dry, if I smile they sometimes crack open. Elariia Shea Butter Lip Balm is the only lip balm that sooths my chapped lips. Please make it available again! I need it, so please bring it back. I had ordered four (4) and now I’m

Please bring back the original Shea Butter Cream Bath. The new body cream is lovely but the Cream Shower is a wimpy version of the original. I am sensitive to fragrance in products so I’m wary ofbtrying the coconut or citrus version. What was wrong with the original Shea Butter? It was extremely popular and discontinued without warning. I really miss the 16 oz pump cream bath.
Like Elaine in CT and many many others I am asking for fragrance sprays. There are so many we haven’t seen lately such as White Tea with Bergamot, White Tea Lemon and many others we are waiting for like Blood Orange, Vineyard Nectar, Nutissimum. What is the difference between Body Butter, Body Balm, and Body Cream? Which one is the least greasy? Don’t remember which one I had last year that I liked in your Honey line. Also, why is almond oil in so many products, especially the shea butter? My sweet little granddaughter has severe nut allergies so can’t use these products. Your information would be helpful.

Please offer the shea butter almond blossom body spray and talc. I liked the artwork on the red packaging immensely better. It seems like you’re losing interest with HSN, fixing everything that isn’t broken, and pushing a bewildering array of new florals in greasier formulas. Would love to see at least one masculine scent. And more shea butter line, even if it has to be the new formula.

I just wanted to say I loved the mini hand cream assortment! I am so glad to finally have the smaller hand creams in tubes that I can tuck into my purse. Love the scents too! One question though, when will the Tuberose be back on HSN? This is still my favorite scent after all these years shopping with you. I hope you have decided to revamp it like the others because the original scent and texture was PERFECT! Hope to see it come back soon. Thanks!!
