Wei, I think many of us HSN customers love your China Herbal Hand and Body Perfection lotion. How about selling us in a 32 Fl Oz bottle? Philosophy does and it’s the greatest idea ever!! Thank you.
Can you make a serum or face cream with a similar consistency of the golden root eye cream.That is the best every eye cream and I have used many diffent kinds.I also like you lther eye creams as welll.
I must agree with Mary K of PA and Debbie of OH! PLEASE bring back the ‘Flawless By Nature Duo’ Powder Foundations in ‘Medium’ and ‘Tan’. I have searched online for months and cannot find them. I recently purchased the ‘Deep’ color to mix with the ‘F1 and F2′ shades I already have but cannot use. I have been loyal to your product line since your first show on HSN but the ‘Duo’ systems in ‘Flawless By Nature’ powder foundations MUST return. PLEASE HELP!
Wei, please bring back the large chestnut firming kit you offered for $99.98 with flex-pay, this is the first time I have seen you on t.v. and was very disappointed that I didn’t get in on this fabulous offer. I have purchased the White Lotus products for the first time and am very pleased.
I also wanted to add that I could not leave feedback due to the kit being one time offer. I wish I could of left you five stars. I think the herbal line is my favorite I am a little young for the moonlight so I use it two times a week and the china herbal instead at night and in the day. I will share the moonlight with my sister who also loves your products. You have made my skin dewy again I was a Murad girl you changed that and I am looking better and saving money too THANK YOU WEI!
Hi Wei, I am a new customer and I just bought your large one time offer kit of what you use and it has been less than a week and I am AMAZED I am 33 and just starting to reolize I did a bad job of taking care of my skin all these years I am sure that your products will make all the difference in correcting my neglectfulness. Wei, please bring back your Chinese Wei auto delivery kits. They were so well thought out, every kit had a little surprise in it! I always looked forward to getting them in the mail. My daughter has run off with all of my products so I need more! I also loved the extras like the scarf, mug, and note cards. I hope to see this program started up again soon!

Hi Wei, I’ve tried the Triple Lotus 7 Day Shock Treatment and haven’t noticed much difference.I usually use China Herbal and am 61. I was hoping it would help with my 11 lines.Perhaps my skin is too well taken care of already !!!Also, make a China Herbal kit with XL foaming cleanser,Pomegranite grains,Eyes Alive, Youth Recaptured,Golden Root Serum and Pads,day cream with SPF, and a night cream.Thanks for your wonderful products.
I have continually tried to order the CHINA Herbal Powder Foundation. All they have available is deep. I have checked the internet to find some with no luck. PLEASE, I need the medium. Can you help?
Please. please bring back more of the China Herbal kits (without the makeup). Although I use some of the chestnut and white lotus items, I rely most on the China Herbal. I’ve introduced 3 of my friends to the China Herbal (from my stash) and I’m really getting low. My friends have also fallen in love with the China Herbal, too and they’re having a hard time finding a kit. Thanks Wei!!!
Wei, I am sold on your products and would love to see you do the Chestnut Firming cream in a jar, sold separate. I always run out of the cream and have plenty of the cleanser and serum, never enough of the firming cream. Also what do you recommend for the eye lid area, to firm that up. I have been using the chestnut refirming eye cream but am looking for a product that gives the appearance of an eye lift. Do you have any product that fits the bill?
Please add a concentrated version of the China Hebal Body Perfection in a cream form in a jar. Something thicker for elbows, feet, etc.
Please add more products for the hands and nails.
Hi Wei,,,I tried the Triple Lotus 7 day shock,,it works wonderful,,It would be great to have some products to use in between treatments,that work as well,,,The balm is great, mositure that last all day and isn’t heavy,,,,and its so simple to use,,I have been using White Lotus for 5 years, I’m 64 and not one line or wrinkle,,,thank-you keep up the good work,,,,Bev

Hi Wei, Just tried a sample of the new Flawless by Nature foundation advanced and loved it. Does it have a SPF? I have to be very careful in the sun and buy products accourdingly. Thanks! Cheryl
Hi Wei, I loved your product its gentle, effective and did’nt make my skin break out. I had a bad acne scars/marks and as an asian its takes a long time for the bad spot to fade. What product should i use? Thank you very much for bringing us this wonderful product.
