Advance, Advance, Advance China Herbal line. Please keep it coming because the extra hydration is exactly what I need and love. Please bring back the 3R’s in the Advance. I used it differently. A cleansing, etc. at night I would put the 3R’s on liberally and leave on overnight. Wow really worked great. You wake up to the most beautiful skin. I also like the Pearl Line. It is much more universal instead of applying several different creams, serums, etc. to accomplish more than 1 thing.
Dear Wei, I have been using your skin care products since 2004. I like many of your products. I especially like the Advance China Herbal line. You have taken a good line and made it better because of the much added hydration I need. I was hoping to get more of the 14.2 oz. tubes of the Advance Hand & Body Perfection this time around; but, it wasn’t available. I Love the Advance Foaming Cleanser for the same reason too. Keep the ADVANCE China Herbal coming. I need the extra hydration!!!
i tryed some of wei products ,the prices are good but the smell of her stuff stinks 2 me i really want 2 use her stuff but my eyes began 2 swell.so i had 2 send it back sorry wei its just not 4 me.
I am 65 and I have been useing your products for years. They are wonderful and great on my skin. Your Eyes Alive are marked as excellant on the internet.
I do have one question, I have atomatic shipments on the eyes alive duo. The last two times I have received the eye pads, parts are dry and not as much liquid comes out. One whole pack I had to throw away, they were extremely dry and very little liquid. I did e-mail you but never got a reply. So my question is {what is happening?

Wei, Both you and your products are so amazing and loved. I want to brag about your wonderful makeup line. Your eye shadows are so kind to aging skin. They glide on like silk, stay put, and best of all do not cake up. The foundation feels like air, but delivers coverage that has staying power and makes me look younger. Wei thank you for all the wonderful products. I first tried your products seven years ago. Let me tell you it was love at first sight. I refuse to use anything else. By the way, my daughters and my husband use them too.
I absolutely LOVE the Golden Root Renewal and the mud. The daily moisturizer and night cream are too heavy for me ( I am 52 yoa and have oily skin). PLEASE put together a kit with the renewal serum, pads and mud…maybe double serum & pads but WITHOUT the moisturizer and night cream. I recently got my 34 yoa daughter started on your products and she loves them too! Thanks for creating superb products from nature!
I have been using Wei East for a little over a year now, I use a variety of all of your lines. The Golden Root Revitalilizing Mud is the best ever. I am 52 and work in the public and have had comments that I beautiful skin. Just last weekend a friend commented that I have no wrinkles. I know some are there but Wei East is keeping them at bay. Thank you so very for your wonderful products. You have a customer for life.
Please change your eyeshadow packaging. Please make it with an applicator sponge/brush included in the package. Like most eye shadow is sold in stores.

Dear Wei,I am 58 years old and my skin is quickly changing.I have used other HSN lines,but lately they are not working.I have watched you,and ordered some of the chestnut line and do like it.The night cream seems to heavy and I break out.Would China Herbal work for me at my age?A friend gave me some White Lotus,but that too seemed to heavy.My skin now has tissue texture & my pores are getting larger.I would like to know what I could use on upper arms as well?Hoping for suggestions.Thanks.
My first time to try Wei, I’ve tried every line on HSN and to be honest, disappointed until Wei. Miraculous! My skin is unbelieveable. Smooth, tight renewed. I purchased the kit that has several different Wei lines and followed instructions. I could not believe the results. The skin on my neck is way different. Thank you so much for all your GREAT products and for offering them to us!!! You are a blessing.
I want to use the wei west products, but don’t know which to purchase. I am 46 years old. My skin is oily.
Please make China Herbal Shampoo. Also bar soap in multi packs. And a China Herbal Body Butter.
Please make a Triple Lotus lip balm or lip treatment. Also a Triple Lotus or White Lotus hair shampoo and conditioner.
Wei ….Please…Please make a kit with the bright lights milk essence and cream, mulberry grains, green tea scrub and golden root. I am so tired of seeing big wonderful kits full of white lotus and chestnut products. I would love to see a big wonderful kit that includes my favorites mentioned. Thanks!

I MUST TELL YOU OF HOW VERY GRATEFUL I AM FOR THE 7 DAY SHOCK SYSTEM THAT IS AUTO SHIP SO IT CAME WITH THE WHITE LOTUS MOONLIGHT RECOVERY CREAM. I HAVE HAD THE WRINKLESAT THE CORNRES OF MY 66 YEAR FACE. I STARTED USING THE MOONLIGHT CREAM AND PUT SOME ON THE CORNERS THAT FOR OVER 3 YEARS HAD BEEN RED, CRACKED AND AT TIMES LOOKED BURNT. MY DOCTOR GAVE ME A SCRIPT AND IT DID NOTHING. IN 3 DAYS, BY USING THIS, MY MOUTH LOOKS PERFECTLY NORMAL. GOD BLESS YOU FOR YOUR PRODUCTS.
hey wei! I love the China Herbal Foaming Cleanser and the Green Tea Face scrub. Please make a really big size because I use it everyday. I also would like it if you put the CHina Herbal Toner and fragrance into a kit. Thanks for all you do!
I love the Golden Root containers and packaging. Especially love the tabs on the lids to open the inner lids.
Can you advise if any of the line has SPF, to what degree & list it where applicable in the product description? I do surveys often & they ask if products being used have SPF protection. I think it is an important element for consumer information too. Thanks!
your products are beautiful but why do you use petroleum products? i love the White Lotus line but do not like putting a petroleum product on my skin.

Please, please make available on a permanent basis the Extra Firming Cream. I love this product and it seems the only time I can get it is with a ‘package’ deal. Please make the larger jar of this available so we can get it when we need it. I’m almost out of it now and I am panicking.
I’ve had skin problems all my life (i.e. eczema/acne) but I’ve found that this product, in particular, is wonderful for me.
Wei, a year ago at the holiday’s you had a set of produts that were Olive Oil based. There is a great cream that I loved called Hydrating Skin Primer. Will you be bringing any of this line back?
