It has been six years since the Wei East Moonlight tradition began. Since then, we have come together every year to celebrate this Moonlight Festival. Some of my fondest childhood memories growing up in China are from the Festival, and I am so glad I have been able to continue these memories with our HSN community. It is all because of your willingness to trust me, and to allow me to share my heritage and love with all of you. I am deeply grateful to have all of you in my life. For this Moonlight Festival, we, as a team, are working hard to see how we can bring the moonlight spirit—love and beauty—to you. I personally am very excited for our Moonlight Today’s Special, and many more fabulous kits we have available. I want to do a great job, and I hope this festival helps to enhance your beauty. When will Wei East be on the air again? After five years off, I returned to Wei East and I’m receiveing so many compliments on my skin! I can’t wait for another presentation!
Wei, I enjoy using your products and it’s a secret but so does my husband. My only problem is I run out of certain items in a kit. I don’t want to reorder the entire kit as I have several duplicate items. I would like to suggest that you put together and customer pick kit. For example the if there are 10 China Herbal products available the customer could pick any four of the products for a certain price. Thank You

I too received the 3 little sets about a week ago from the chestnut, golden root and white lotus line Could you share application instructions. For instance, can I use all three of the chestnut line at the same time? Which goes on first? I tried to find instructions on-line, but could not.
Never used these products before and have just received the little 3 sets of items from the chestnut, golden root and white lotus lines. How to best use them? They each have an eye treatment for example. I am 60 years old, have always had oily skin and some blemishes. It is now less oily (mainly forehead) and getting drier in the winter. I’m trying to combat sagging skin around my eyes and under chin/throat area. I would appreciate some advice as to how to use these 3 different lines.Thank you.

hello and how are you i bought the flawless beauty set it did wonders on my skin because it had a little of each product in that set. then i bought the anti aging set it does not seem like it is working at all and i have had it a month. my skin is very sensitive. my forehead and my t zone is oily.when i dont use anything my skin is very dry. it seem as though its going to crack. will someone out there in wei east land help me.

I am on autoship for the Youth Recaptured Duo. I checked my autoship today and saw the price will increase from $28.98 to $44.50 next month. I thought if you were on autoship you were locked into the price. Why the huge price increase? Is the size remaining the same or is it going to be a larger portion? I don’t mind paying for this substantial increase if the portion is larger, but if this is still the small size I can’t justify paying that much more and am strongly considering cancelling

Wei, I haven’t ordered your products for at least a couple years and only recently began using the China Lotus Anti-Aging Masque that I had on hand. My skin is so dry that it soaks it all up in the 5-10 minutes that it is to remain on the face. I love the improvement in less noticeable wrinkles. I do not find this product listed anywhere. Have you discontinued it and if so what would work similarly from your line? Where do I find the ingredients list and where are your products made now?
Have been with you since day one – waiting for the rice milk products to come back and the Healthy Balance/Happy Choice scents!!! Use everything, but these are my favorites!!! thanks.

I enjoy your product lines very much. Your chestnut line is excellent for droopy dry necks. This line also firms as promised to all other tissues on the face and upper torso. I love the white lotus line as well, excellent in the winter. I do not know if you sell in Canada, but they need you there. Our winters are very cold and dry. You would sell well there. I recently tried your Triple lotus system and am loving it. Have a great Christmas Holiday.
Hi Wei, I have just received a postcard from HSN stating that the Foaming Cleanser will no longer be available thru auto ship, customer service confirmed it is permanent that you will not have this great product again (disappointed). I have been using your products for about 3 years and at the age of 56 they have taken some years off my face and skin! My favorite products are Foaming Cleanser, eyes alive, youth recapture, ultimate renewal and the lip profection! Thank you!
Hi Wei! I love your products! You are a ball of energy and a joy to watch. Where is the Bright Lights Rice kit like you had before? I was so excited to see you back this month but only find no Bright Lights Rice. I heard you will be back in January. I beg you PLEASE PLEASE have a Bright Lights Rice kit. It would be so great if you mixed with the China Herbal to make a kit. I do like the White Lotus but if I had to choose I would go with the China Herbal.
I recently ordered your extravanza of products. I started using the White Lotus grouping of products and I LOVE THEM and they are wonderful. They make my skin feel alive and my eye area feel relaxed and opened my eyes so they are brighter. You were having another special, so I ordered them also. ABOUT ONE MONTH AGO, I ORDERED THE 16 PACK OF THE EYE PADS AND WHEN I RECEIVED THEM AND STARTED USING THEM THEY SEEMED TO BE DRIED OUT. I NOTICED THIS COMMENT FROM SOME OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ON THEIR REVIEWS. I RECEIVED THE EYE PADS IN A PREVIOUS KIT AND LOVED THEM SO MUCH, THAT I DECIDED TO ORDER THE 16 PACK ONLY TO RETURN THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE DRIED OUT. WHY ARE THE EYE PADS IN THE KIT SO SATURATED AND THE 16 PACK IS NOT? I WANT TO RE-ORDER THE 16 PACK IF THEY ARE BETTER.
I’ve already commented on the Chestnut line & the All Star set, but HAD to write about how I LOVE the Natural Beauty Perfector line. When I want to add brightness to my eye area & face without having to put on makeup, I treat myself to the eye and face cream. It leaves my skin looking like silk with a ‘natural glow’. Please, please, please bring back the Youth Recaptured individual item. The only way to purchase now is with a kit. I current only need the Youth Recaptured and am not abe to purchase. It looks like I will need to find another product.

Hi Wei, I like your products very much but The one Item I LOVE best is no longer available. PLEASE bring back item 376-743 Wei East China Herbal Foaming Cleanser. It came in a pump and it is the best cleanser out there. Your small tubes that come with kits are OK, But I love the bigger bottle better. When will you bring it back? I have item 376-743 in my wait-list and it has been out of stock for more then a year, What is going on Wei.
How come I cannot purchase China Herbal Youth Recaptured alone? It can only be purchased in a kit – I would love to purchase this item as a stand alone because I don’t need everything else it comes with at this time.
